I came in for oil and a filter and told them I have a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder SV. I asked for full synthetic high-mileage oil. They looked my vehicle up and told me it takes 0W-30 and 6 quarts, so I trusted them,because i forget and if its on the system it SHOULD be right?? but whatever i bought it.
When I got home, something felt off. I let the car sit, checked the oil dip said H (full), drained it, and only about 4.75–5 quarts came out. That didn’t make sense. I called Nissan directly, gave them my VIN, and they confirmed the engine calls for 5W-30 and 5 quarts.
So I was sold the wrong oil type and an extra quart I didn’t need. Yes, 0W-30 is fine for winter, but that’s not the point — I relied on the store to give correct information. I later found out the employee helping me was still in training.
This was frustrating and could’ve caused real issues for someone who didn’t double-check. I returned the extra quart, but I’ll be going to a different store next time.
I received courtesy customer service by just stopping by. Max is very friendly when running tests on my car and explaining the details beyond what I asked him. Max has the best customer service attitude I've experienced from any auto-related service.
Great place for parts with knowledgeable staff that are eager to help. I would point out that Dan Ouellette is the guy that goes above and beyond to help customers out and is always professional.
Great customer service. Went in to buy and install new bulbs for my headlights. The staff was awesome. Store was nice and clean and the service was great! Highly recommend
What's thinking about switching my company account to them? A few chances to show me they can handle the job of getting the parts that I needed. They failed miserably. Sending parts to my company and not sending them all. Then saying they did when they did the wrong parts every time they sent them were wrong. I had them order a flex plate for me. They told me they were gonna give me because of the travels. I've been having with them and the wrong parts. They were going to give me a little break on the shipping. Come to find out they didn't. I would recommend not using them at all
Today I ran into O'Reilly's hoping to quickly buy a new headlight bulb. I was immediately greeted by Jeremiah, a very friendly young man. He asked some questions about my vehicle and what my night-time driving experience has been like lately. I told him I'm frustrated by the dim light that my low beams give off. He helped me find some LED bulbs and then offered to come out to the parking lot and put them in for me. I appreciate top-notch customer service like Jeremiah gave me today. It is so helpful and makes the shopping experience pleasant. Thank you!
I went in for the first time today to buy a wrench and a bulb to fix my turn signal. Andrew started asking me about what was wrong while I was checking out. He offered to look at it and helped me fix it right then and there. Absolutely exceeded my expectations, what a gem. Thank you!
The guy who installed the new battery in my car was very pleasant! However, it turned out to be a defective battery. It happens. I thought my car was the issue so I brought it into the shop. They diagnosed the issue as the battery. I called O'Reilly to see what my options are because I didn't even have a receipt. They looked up the order and refunded back my money anyway. They even paid my mechanic for the labor to diagnose the issue. Great service!!
Love this shop if I could give a 10 star review I'd happily do it 5 *s just isn't enough for how amazing this company is. They take care of you better than any company I've ever dealt with and happily give them praise when able and highly recommend them when I hear someone looking for car parts. I love this company and if you have a choice of any choose orileys they know what they are doing and make sure you get the right stuff fast even if not in the store already. Called today and they had one hub for my jeep and was able to have another one in less than 3 hours total. I can't express how grateful I am for them thank you guys for being as amazing as you guys are.
Very friendly and helpful employees. The store was large and clean and well stocked. I used their free tool loaner program to borrow a caliper piston compression tool which worked very well. I also purchased brake pads and rotors that fit perfectly. I think there prices were a little high for store brand brake parts. NAPA was cheaper for similar quality parts. I do wish they carried more brand name parts.
