He made an initial call to me stating clearly his purpose in calling, offered genuine condolences for a loss suffered by my family, made necessary arrangements with me for towing and then followed up ( as he said he would) before arriving at my home the following day explaining exactly when he would arrive, which he did and the towing was completed timely and with no difficulty. Tom and Rosa are absolute SAINTS!!! The place closes at 4 but they stood open for me after hours just so I could get my car. They made the whole occurrence smooth and I was in and out in no time. Very down to earth people. Thanks again for all the help guys!

Tom and Aaron were great! they were very understanding with me and helpful. Super friendly, didn’t try to scare or intimidate me at all which is a plus. A week ago today our vehicle was picked up for repossession while I was at work. Thanks to the diligent Legacy staff Tom, Marcie? and Bob we were able to receive a release after confirming with our creditors our vehicle was then returned to us again. Very much appreciated the professional service politely without delay on thier part being time was one of the essential issues thier team went above and beyond in order to remedy our problem. I was trying to get my daughters car out of the lot and arrived there to pay the balance due. When I said what I was there to do, I was told that they usually only do this by appointment only but they were so sweet and cut me a break. I have never done this before. Rosa came out and tried to walk me through the online Western Union payment but it failed so she instructed me to go to the Price Chopper down the road. I was worried because it was almost closing time and she said she would wait. When I arrived back 10 minutes after closing, I was first greeted by Amanda, also a sweetheart and then Rosa. Both reassured me that it was all good. I was able to complete the transaction. Thanks you so much lovely ladies :0)
Only got the 1 star because Tom and Rona seemed like good helpful people. No idea if it was one of them, the tow truck driver, or whoever working in their lot, but real classy stealing all the silver coins out of my truck and leaving the pennies and couple bolts I had in there. No telling how much, but it was full last time I turned change in it was approx $50. My seat was all moved around, radio station turned, key chain off of my keys, and all my center console rummaged through. Was excellent service until I got my truck back and it had been stolen out of. I guess they don’t expect people to pay the bill and get their vehicle back so they feel entitled to whatever they want inside of it 👎🙄
My vehicle was picked up on Thursday night. I picked it up in Syracuse. Your people are wonderful!!! They were very helpful!!! Especially Romona in Syracuse!!! She waited for me to get there to pick up my car!!! Also two male employees in the main office were Great also!!! Thank You!!! You have Great Employee's!!!
I got the pleasure of speaking with Tom on two occasions over the past 48 hours , on both occasions I was answered with any questions I had smoothly . Customer Service was amazing. 10/10 . They are AMAZING, Any Questions I Had Were Answered They Gave Me Tips And Everything. I Called All Morning Multiple Times And Never Once Received Anything Other Then A Great Response. Tom Was Really Great For Not Being Upset I Screamed In His Ear (lol) When My Car Was Ready For Pick Up. Over All Really Great People!

Ann Marie was helpful, kind and courteous with assisting me in scheduling a pick up time. I appreciate the kindness in my time of sorrow.
