The staff are helpful other times I've gone. But one evening two weeks ago I arrived and they closed earlier. Even though their sign said a certain time. They were closed at least 10 mins prior. This wasn't the location, the location that closed earlier was 109 NY-59, Nanuet, NY 10954. Not sure why it pulled this location. Everytime i go to this one is Haverstraw I have no problems.

They answer the phone quick and are nice in store but was a bit disappointed they didn't actually install the car battery due to not having their "tools"

Was in the store yesterday afternoon. Unfortunately, I had to purchase a new battery. I didn’t get his name but he was one of the mangers. He was very knowledgeable and helped me. He tested my battery and alternator. Batteries have gotten so expensive. Prices keep rising. I signed up for their rewards program and saved some money instantly. I have just received 2 more $10 off coupons for future purchases as a member of the rewards program. I’m happy that I got my car running again and can save a little money if I need to buy anything in the future.

Always recieved wonderful customer service here. Patient employees and wonderful staff. On various occasions I've witnessed their employees being hassled by customers who couldn't respect their store policy. In spite of these harassments, both the employees and the manager, Jose Bautista, remained professional in dealing with difficult customers. My go-to store with anything I need for my car. Knowledgable.

The store is self and most employees are cool. Normally, I never have an issue going any stores today I got to the store. It was watching the manager having a mental breakdown and yelled at a customer today for no reason customer came in there to return part. That’s kind of rude and disrespectful. There was no reason for man to talk to the customer like that it made me and my wife both walk out of the store. We will be shopping at that Location anymore we will go to the location and Vailsgate

Went in the store today the manager was screaming and yelling at people in the back that we could hear all the way in the front seem like the guy had a bad day or something. But he should never talk to anybody like that I end up, leaving and not coming back to that store due to him. I believe his name was Jose B.

What a waste of time; I arrived at 7:30 am and later the store opened, then the person who opened the door told me to wait 5 min; then he told me 40 min due to computer problems. My God, what is this.July 9-2024

Prices better on Amazon but I like going to parts store sometimes better

This place is bad when it comes to recycling used oil. They always say tank is full and won't let you see it yourself. Their workers are a joke.

Had a great experience there today. I dealt with two employees. The first ones name I didn’t get. The second was DIMES. What a nice man, professional & patience. He was helpful didn’t rush anything and even showed me how to change the windshield wiper. I’m would definitely come back here.

Was standing at counter a while, being ignored by employee. When I said I need oil and fuel filters, he just walked by like I wasn’t there. Don’t understand people these days. He is there to work, but I guess not. There are 4 auto parts stores in the same area. I’ll be going to another for now on.

Guy Angel helped me last week and went above and beyond to find me the correct part. Very knowledgeable staff. Would definitely recommend this parts store

I've only dealt with one or two People here and the Customer Service definitely needs improvement. A bit rude but it won't stop me from going there again because I'm an adult.

Prices are through the roof. One can of Sea Foam 12.99 at the counter, 11.99 on the display, the other store 8.99 just down the street.

The took me to the back and helped me find the parts i needed.

Advance Auto Team, Rarely do I take time to post general public reviews. A recent store visit's compelled me to offer constructive feedback. If business or managements' stresses are adversely affecting your judgment and actions you should strongly consider seeking and applying positive changes, personally and professionally. All have good and bad days and I believe in second chances. After several negative in-store experiences, witnessed and personal, where management before junior staff condescendingly showed no regard for clients' time and money, you've lost my confidence and respect. Regardless of burdens don't lose focus on customer care and satisfaction if you plan to be profitable and survive. Good luck.

So my experience was pleasant here at first. I have purchased a starter in which the old one was in dire need of replacement. The representative I spoke to was polite and respectful to my attention to detail. As usual I will thoroughly inspect the part before purchase. I have returned later during the day after enduring the cold of this day. The sales man invited me to his desk and unsympathetic and rude to my small deposit for returning (Core) the part. I've walked away but I will be calling the NY division of civil rights and I wish to speak to the owner. It is truly intolerable for me to put up with such professionalism. I've seen better behavior from my niece than this guy.

help was great go wiper blades there and they even wanted to install for me but i did it my self

I purchased a bottle of universal transmission fluid, it was already opened and full of used motor oil. I had poured in half of it before I realized this.

I have yet to have a good experience at this store and likely won't be heading back any time soon. The people who work there appear to be either understaffed or just really bad at time management. It took me 15 minutes of waiting in line behind someone to buy a single $2 funnel. Aside from the wait I received no useful information regarding my 2 previous purchases at this store and as a result ended up wasting $50 on an a.c. fix that I can't even use. Save yourself the trouble and go to AutoZone. They actually know a thing or two about cars and more importantly, care enough about their jobs to actually try and help you.

I was in need of a headlight repair kit and Alex was very helpful.

Great customer service. Installed my battery in minutes.
