I got my vehicle repaired here and had a great experience. Everyone communicated with me throughout the process and my car looks brand new. Would definitely recommend
I don’t ever leave reviews when I encounter DISGUSTING service but the woman at the front desk was so nasty and unprofessional that I must warn anyone before coming to this facility or having their car towed here. She was highly unprofessional and rude. From the minute I entered the facility she was on the phone arguing with someone. Then when she finally got off her phone she asked me what I needed I told her the make and model of my car at least 4 times in the maybe 7 minutes I spoke to her. She refused to let me take my belongings from my car because I hadn’t opened my insurance claim yet. Meanwhile I called before I came and asked what time they closed and they informed me that all I had to do was bring my license, insurance and registration which I brought in and showed (all information they volunteered so why not include making sure my insurance claim was open?). I needed to go in my car and take one item out… not even clean my car out and that women gave me hell and I told her I would be back the next day to take my stuff out my car. She was extremely unprofessional and when I asked to speak to the manager her exact words were “ No. she left for the day and I’m not going to disturb her because you want her” I stood there flabbergasted and confused… I said to her “ that is literally her job as a manager lol”. All in all once I get my belongings from my car I hope to never see these people and this facility again.

The “owner” responded three weeks ago to my review from 5 months ago and doesn’t even address the issue at hand (do with that information as you please). First of all I had full coverage on my car(it was a finance) not liability… and towing was covered on my policy. Secondly, the problem wasn’t the protocols and policies it was: how your staff was unprofessional in addition to me contacting your “business” and the “policy and procedures” not being consistent to what was told on the phone as to upon arrival.

If you need a collision shop this is where to go. I’ve been serviced by them a few years back and used them again because of the great experience. They made the process so easy from the insurance company, car rental, from start to finish they kept me updated at all times. I got the VIP treatment when my car was done they dropped it off to me at my job loved it. Karen, Omar and the team are the best no other place will give you that top notch service thank you guys!
Hidden Gem! This place did an excellent job on my 2023 Nissan Pathfinder. They were reasonably priced, as well. My car was hit, dented and scraped on the passenger side front bumper. I took it to AAAA, got my car back in 3 days and looked like nothing ever happened. Karen, Rosa and the girls in front were excellent with providing information, returning calls and explaining the process. Also found out that they do a lot more than just body work. Taking my car back soon to have it wet sanded.
I brought my car to AAAA Nassau and had a great professional experience. Omar and his team were very helpful in answering all of my questions. They were extremely accommodating. My car was given back to me like the day I purchased it. The professionalism in the establishment was top tier. I highly recommend AAAA Nassau for prompt and exceptional results.
HORRIBLE SERVICE, the girl at the desk would deny to give me any information and stealing money they provided us with a total and the next day DOUBLED it, added extra money to the tow fees and would not let me know what was the fee for, the manager woman denied to give me her name and hung up on me. When i called back they hung up on me AGAIN and would not answer my calls. They have no excuse to be so horrible WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SEPDN MONEY HERE!!!!
The girl at the desk is VERY RUDE! Her customer service is unprofessional! When you are trying to talk she talks over you and you can’t get a word in! As if what you have to say does not matter but people are spending money here! I work for dealerships and will never recommend using this company if this is how they treat people! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!

This place is the biggest towing scam there is!!they charged me over 500+ just for having my car towed here for a day. And they even charge u for the days they are closed even if ur ready to pick ur car up next day. They need to lose their license and the way they treat customers cars are disgusting. OVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST‼‼‼
What a nightmare, car had to be towed here and then they hold it for ransom. Better start praying if your car gets taken here, $700 for car to be released for a 5 min tow to their yard What a scam
I was super stressed out looking for a new body shop as my former body shop had closed down recently. My friend recommended me to this shop and at first i was very skeptical about it because I don’t let just any shop work on my car but when I tell you it was the best thing I have ever did, it really was everyone was super friendly and helpful! They reassured me and made me feel super comfortable with leaving my car with them! So if you’re looking for a body shop check this shop out! I recommend it 1000 %

I live in Brooklyn I was trying to do a conversion for my dodge charger to a widebody I went to many shops in my neighbor and nobody wanted to do it they didn't know how to do it and one day I was watching some YouTube videos I found a guy that made the conversion and I realize that place is in NY I Google it and visit the shop they said we can do it and yes 100 accurate I was happy with the work they did on my car and affordable prices

I was referred from one of my friends, about this bodyshop. I was skeptical about it, to be honest with everyone. Thank God, I listen to my friend and I called them. They installed & painted new front, back bumpers along with side skirts. The paint match was on point, the install very professional. Very busy shop and after using them, I see why. I recommend them for any body work & painting.
