I called a few times to make an appointment. Answering machine was not helpful. I stopped by in person just to see if they have any opening for an oil change. They squeezed me in right away. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. I’m glad I stopped by.

I brought my car in for a routine checkup. The service was amazing and the professionalism of the staff was great. What a pleasure. I'll be doing all my checkups and maintenance visits here from now on!

I was told by the service folks that the 2025 forester has battery issues bc it was manufactured without enough power to run all the communication n other features in the car. I got a bad battery which has been upgraded. Hope it works.

I have a 2018 Subaru Forester with 114151 miles on it. I do pre-maintenance by bringing it in. The managers lookup my cars record and share with me what to do next. The videoas they work on it is a great feature you can view it on your phone and keep a video record of the work that they have done.

My experience purchasing my Subaru Crosstrek was outstanding, and that is entirely due to Evan Cano. From the very first moment, Evan was warm, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. I have been coming to Bill Kolb for 10 years and service has always been great. Sure it is expensive but they do the repairs right. You pay what you get for. One particular customer service rep I'd like to shout out is Al Cisneros. He is always courteous and welcoming. Both times he has taken the time to talk to me and ensure my car is all good. Al is what all customer service reps should be. I can tell how much he wants customers to have the best service and care.

I have had many cars in my life but I have to say Subaru is the best vehicle I have ever had. I don't have to worry driving in the snow, the traction is great. The comfort & size of my Subaru Cross trek is just perfect and not over priced for one of the best cars out there, this is my 2nd one. Highly recommend.

My service advisor is courteous and very knowledgeable of issues related to my Outback. Service area is kept clean.

Needed inspection and scheduled maintanence. The ride was greatly improved due to repaires on the tires. Very pleased.

I brought my Impreza in for some recall work. All the folks I spoke with were friendly, and I was impressed by the quality of the work. I received a video made by the technician who performed a complimentary multi-point inspection, and was thrilled to hear that, except for a rattle, my car was in good shape. The also gave the car a much needed wash, complimentary, and it looked FANTASTIC when I picked it up. The process of setting up the appointment was smooth and easy, and they even sent a Lyft to take me back home after I dropped my car off, and pick me up when it was done. This was super helpful, because I had work meetings scheduled and couldn’t hang out in the waiting room. That said, the room looked really nice, with comfortable seating, tables for working, and snacks and drinks. It was definitely much more than I expected, and I’d be very comfortable returning here for my Subaru’s maintenance needs! Highly recommend.

I went for oil change and my dash board light went totally blank and dark at night light on. The guy issuing service number when he asked the reason why car is here listened attentively the reasons and delivered to the point. However to charge $82.00 for oil change only is very expensive while I could have got the same service at other top rated providers for $50-55.Now Subaru will say our oil is made of gold and explosives tech touch is magical??? REALLY😅

I was very impressed on how well this dealership is run. And I have been to several other dealerships, none like this one, very part of the process was very professional, they make me feel very comfortable. I was able to get a fair price for the new vehicle with the payments within the range that I wanted to be at , There were no surprise of additional course, which I was concerned with. It’s not that many good salesman that you can trust, but I was taking by this place. They demonstrated that they can be trusted with what they say and do thankful that I found them after doing some research with other dealers.

The car dealer and service departments are professional and courteous. The all-around service and prices are significantly better than those of my local dealer, and I have been traveling at least an hour to visit here for the last 6 years.

Total waste of time. Took a half day at work and scheduled my service. Went in was given an hour and a half after trying to up sell me on service. Waited there After an hour and a half checked in and they hadn't even looked at it. Blamed me for having things in the passenger seat blocking access. Yet no one told me this as I waited and I'm doubtful anyone would have checked. Service agents were too busy eating lunch and trying to get little old ladies to make trade ins for commissions. Sad sad excuse for service. Will be going to Ramsey in jersey for now on as others suggest. Have never felt so invisible

I Have 7 years of receipts , purchased my car from Ramsey Subaru NJ and have always brought the vehicle there for regular maintenance . I didn’t have time to make it there today so I decided to give this place a try. This is the first time I’ve ever been charged 96$ for an oil change WITH NO CAR WASH. If you have a STI I would suggest visiting Subaru of Ramsey NJ they take care of their customers exceptionally well and charge almost 20$ less for an oil change. They have never not washed my car in 7 years!! After a service. The young Subaru advisor(I’ll leave out his name ) seemed pretty hostile and defensive about my questioning of the pricing as well and very standoff-ish.

I had an emergency late on a Friday afternoon and Danielle and the techs went way above and beyond to diagnose and take care of my problem and get me back on the road. Everyone I dealt with was super courteous, helpful and went out of their way to find a solution. I can't remember the last time I received such terrific customer service, anywhere.

Everyone was friendly, courteous and professional. The service was was completed quickly and within the time frame provided by the advisor. The coffee, snacks and usb ports are a nice perk. I also found the price for the service very reasonable

Friendly service I expect at Bill Kolb service. As always, Alvaro was very attentive and able to resolve my situation as has done in the past in even more complicated issues. He is a top team member. The video I received from the mechanic (don't remember his name) regarding my vehicle inspection was concise, clear and efficient. Video review is a valuable addition.

New service area. Beautiful facility. Waited for an oil and tire rotation to be done. The oil change cost wasn't bad but I think the tire rotation is expenses. Delt we a lady at the door for the express oil change who was nice but I do prefer dealing with my service provider Greg. What I didn't like - I was told the car had been washed but it wasn't. I went back and requested it. Somehow they got a little water on the driver's floor mats. No damage done. They sell Subaru gear in the parts department. The man in the parts department was very polite and helpful. He answered my questions and even checked on an answer he wasn't sure of. We purchased all our Subaru"s at this dealership and I have been taking our cars back for service for a long time. years. The dealership is about 35 miles from my house. Lately, I've been disappointed with this facility. I was there at the end of March for a NYS inspection but I returned 5 weeks later for an oil change and tire rotation and was told I needed wipers. Wipers are supposed to be checked to pass inspection. The last 3 times I was there l had to wait longer for the car to be serviced plus the service provider changes every time you go there. We used to have one service provider all the time. Did management change?? 3/23/23 Had a NYS inspection done. It took about an hour. The facility is clean and the staff is courteous. The place is now the management of Group 1 Automotive. I was told they have been on board for severn to eight months.
