  Incredibly rude on the phone. Don’t even bother calling. When I mentioned there was no catalytic converter, I was told very rudely, “well then I don’t know what you want me to do with it”, amongst other petty remarks. There’s a way to talk to people and this is definitely not it. I have called several other places explaining this situation and this was the only place that was just flat out rude for no reason! Just because the car isn’t worth much doesn’t mean you should be talking down to people. Now I have edited my review as you requested.

  What an absolute pleasure to do business with this company and Teddy. He came to my home and evaluated my vehicle for it's value and if we could make a deal. A super fair price was offered with no haggling needed. It was much better than the trade-in offered by my new car dealer. I will do business with them again and will convince everyone I know to do the same. Wish it could have been 6 stars.

He gave me a quote and had the Tow Company ready for pickup that day. The Tow Truck driver arrived on time as stated and the process was quick, easy,and payment immediate. I highly recommend this Company. Ralph is very personable, fair quotes on sales, and immediate action performed on finalizing the transaction.
