Different treatment, the staff who handle the customer line outside the door will patiently explain to white people, but will not say a word to other races and are rude. My first experience with racial disparity at an Apple Store
Came to pick up my laptop as I canceled service because needed to back up my files....but the tech that service us offered to help show us iCloud without blinking, extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

My mom and I spent 6 hours in the store trying to separate apple IDs and create a new one; simply because the process takes awhile. Everyone who helped us was so kind and patient and we cannot thank them enough. So grateful! Definitely recommend. Thank you everyone!!
Busy busy but when we did get attention we were able to get info we needed and then some. He was knowledgeable and super nice. These days it's nice just to get courteous, helpful info

The store was pretty busy but still they were trying their best to help every customer. I loved the customer service provided. Came back with an Ipad pro, keyboard and the Apple pencil for my uncle.
