First of all I compliment the staff for very welcoming. They took care of me and makes me so comfortable. I was so surprised when they called me to pick up my vehicle one week earlier. Job was fantastic. No complaints. I’m very pleased for the quality of the job
Great auto shop. They are on top of everything. Kept me updated throughout the whole process and staff was very knowledgeable on what to do and how to do it. They guided me through information regarding my accident and dealing with insurance. The car was repaired well and was super clean.

My car was damaged while parked on the street. A&B was able to fix the damaged side flawlessly. Looks like nothing happened. Employees are friendly and helpful making it a smooth experience.

The staff here are incredibly professional and the work done was perfect. My Honda was unfortunatley a victim of vandalism, with a busted front bumper and fender. They worked with our geico insurance and even with enterprise to help us out with the rental and the entire process was perfectly painless. They kept my husband and I frequently updated about the status of our vehicle, included us in the initial and final inspection then went over everything in detail at the end when we came to pickup. They even did us the favor of letting us leave the rental with them so they would return it to enterprise. On top of that, we were surprised with a detailed cleaning of our car inside and out!
They went above and beyond for us and every single staff member was professional and courteous. I will 100% keep them as my preferred auto body shop and recommend them to others!

In all honesty, A&B Collision exceeded my expectations. Not only are they fast and efficient, but their customer service is truly exceptional. They were honest, professional, and transparent about everything that needed to be done. Initially, everything was scheduled through my insurance, including my rental. From the moment I walked into the shop, everything was explained thoroughly, including the expected time my car would be finished. Honestly, I didn’t believe them at first. On top of that, I was hesitant to add other services that I had been wanting to get done for a long time within the same time frame. But since I had a free rental through my insurance, I decided to ask about it anyway. I was nervous that adding personal services outside of the accident would cause my insurance to cut off my rental. I originally came in for my driver-side panel due to an accident, but I ended up adding additional work that included the misalignment front bumper and the messed up rear bumper that I wanted done personally. Somehow, this shop managed to align my front bumper, change my back bumper, and work on my driver-side panel all within one week. That truly amazed me. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly and on time. My favorite part was the complimentary customer service the manager added, thank you so much. I am beyond grateful and would not hesitate to come back here. I hope to never get into accidents again, but if I do, I’ll see you guys then!

A and B was awesome . They worked on my car pretty fast and kept me in the loop . Tawana works in the office and she was very helpful too. The mechanic AJ spoke to me and explained what he fixed . I recommend A&B

Took my neglected 2017 Honda to get it road ready back in June. Ahmad and his team did an amazing job and for such a great price. Im still getting compliments on how brand new my car looks and runs. My biggest regret was taking so long to post this review. Highly recommend

A&B recently did my truck after an accident and did an amazing job so of course when my daughter’s car needed work we returned. Her car head lights were so bad and cloudy. They couldn’t be restored so we ordered new headlights. The outcome and turn around was amazing as usual. On top of that washed the car cleaned the windows and vacuumed. Need body work hit them up you won’t regret it.
This shop is literally the best shop on the island. Not only are they super quick and efficient. They know how to make your car look like it was never damaged if it needs a repair. The meticulously go ever every inch of the car to make sure it is in perfect condition when it is returned to you. There is never I need to go to any other autobody company.

Explained the repairs needed in great detail and answered any questions that I had. Unfortunately my car needed to be repaired a few times and brought it back each time. They even helped me get my car inspected! Great customer service and done with a smile! I’m very comfortable with the shop than any other on the island. i gave this business a 5 start before thinking they did a good job. instead 6 years ago my accident. these guys basically cut corners on my repair. they put aftermarket parts on the repair. the door isn't heavy its cheap light plastic. they just made it look nice. 2 autobody shop owners showed me the bad repairs they did. my accident was on the driver rear where my whole pannel was destroyed. one of the shop owners could tell i was in a accident based on how they fixed it which was poor. another shop owner told me these guys basically removed this piece destroyed the clips and glued the part back on. so instead of them taking responsibility to replace the part they decided to glue it back on. i showed the reciept to another shop owner and he said they more than likely removed and broke the part off and glued it back on. my reciept said R&I. remove and install. so i took it back to them for this botched job one of the workers there decided to give me the runaround saying they have a process to repair it and lied to me saying he has the clips to repair the plastic on the part. the picture there clearly showed that piece has no clips and they were gone. the person told me he can put in the clips and make it brand new. instead they decide to give me a short cut by glueing this piece back on.
they take too many short cuts on the repairs charge a huge lump sum on the repair and give the cheapest solution to fix the vehicle. i regret taking my business to them where they don't take responsibility for the laziness of the repairs they did. they only make it look nice on the outside but deep down on the inside is just a bandaid they give. now im out of $500 because of these con artists. they said lifetime warranty on the repairs but with this piece that they destroyed they don't want to bother replacing it but just keep gluing it back on. to the owner you're a scam artist not giving the best quality repair but a band aid repair
Won’t ever go to another body shop! Been to A&B a couple times over the years. Always very professional and get you back in your car as fast as possible! Had my car in on Tuesday afternoon and I just picked it up today (Saturday). Kept in touch with me the whole week letting me know the progress on the repairs. Can’t ask for more!!! 5/5
Great Service and Professionalism. My car was vandalized and A&B fixed my car and made it look brand new. From the moment they received my car they gave me updates on its progress which made me feel at ease. When I got my car back they explained exactly what was fixed. Their customer service is great.
I brought my car in to replace the bumper after I got rear ended. The staff at the shop were very kind and super friendly. I felt way more comfortable at this shop than I have at other shops on the island. I dropped off my car on a Friday and it was estimated to be done by Monday, but, to my surprise, it was done the next morning at 11am! The repair was quick and my car looks great!! I would 100% recommend this shop and plan to use it (if need be) in the future.
Outstanding service with a side of professionalism describes A&B. This is my third time bringing a car to this shop, I got rear ended years ago and they took care of me like family in a week flat. Since then i have had to bring another car to them and the work is impeccable. I live in Brooklyn but i will only go to A&B for car service, body work or otherwise. Awesome service. Always professional. I've been using them since 2000. They are pronto with their service. My SUV looks exceptional. I wouldn't go anywhere else if I can help it. Also, they are literally 1 block away from the rental place. A huge advantage.
Thanks to A&B Collision,my car was not scrapped. It took only 5 days from ordering parts on Monday to repairing my car. It looks like new. The car was also very clean. The staff was very friendly and professional. They patiently explained the condition of the car. The after-sales service was also very good. When they knew I couldn't come to pick up the car, they helped me drive the car home. It was really great. Highly recommended.
5 Stars – Excellent Service! I had a minor accident two weeks ago, and GEICO referred me to A&B Collision Center for repairs. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming. They asked if we were injured and whether we needed a rental car during the repair period. Manager Amit was especially friendly and helpful throughout the entire process.
Our car was repaired in just two days, and it looked great! They even vacuumed and cleaned the interior before returning it to us. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend A&B Collision Center for their professionalism and excellent customer service!
I recently brought my 2016 Subaru Legacy in for repairs for fender and quarter panel damage. I was first greeted by Passant who collected all of the initial details and Amit who carefully went over the car with me. By the end of following week my car was back to looking new. From beginning to end my experience at A&B was first class and I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.
This place is a GEM for the north shore and I want them to stay around! Basically, my car is about 15 yrs old. And someone crashed into me while I was parked on the street. I went in there with my Geico insurance, after filing a claim online, and the guy at the desk inspected my car with me.
He noticed other damage unrelated to the accident and asked if I would be interested in them fixing it.
Now, I love my car. It's old, though. But I took a chance. They not only fixed the accident damage covered under Geico, but they did an amazing job on my bumpers and headlights that had damage!
I am really stoked. I feel like I got my old car back. The prices were reasonable, and they kept in touch via text and phone. The process of going through Geico was super easy, too.
This place is amazing! My parked car got smashed on the drivers side from a motorcycle and from start to finish my experience here was amazing everyone was so helpful and everything was finished in less than 5 days! They handled everything from my rental car to the insurance and even returned the rental car for me! I couldn’t be happier with the results and the customer service! My car by the grace of god was not totaled and A&B collisions took care of if it to where it looks brand new. They even perfectly color matched the paint which they make themselves there as well. They always kept me updated. They even send you a text message with a link to let you the progress of the car. I have no complaints and highly recommend them.
