This is the second and last time I’ll deal with this dealership and my only recommendation to anyone reading: stay away, look elsewhere. These guys don’t honor numbers that they themselves put on paper. This is THAT type of dealership. The first go around about 3 years ago there were no issues, but I don’t know if it’s new management or whatever but they feel they can pull a fast one on honest, working folk. Yeah, right. Lost this repeat customer and I hope many more. I should have just drove across the bridge, but you live and learn.

Deceptive and Unprofessional Sales Experience -
In December, we helped a relative buy a 2026 Honda Odyssey EX-L at Honda Staten Island. We clearly pointed to a specific vehicle in the showroom and negotiated a price based on that exact car, including its post-production Utility + Package.
What we took home was a different car with a different VIN and missing the agreed package. The dealership refused to fix it, refund the difference, or take responsibility.
Salesperson/sales manager was pushy, impatient, and dismissive throughout the process. Afterward, he offered free oil changes to make up for a missing $1,000+ package — insulting and unacceptable.
Pricing was also repeatedly incorrect, even at signing, until we caught it. Very concerning.
Double-check VINs, packages, and numbers carefully if you have to shop here. Otherwise - AVOID HERE.Jan 30, 2026 -

I had a good overall car-buying experience working with Darien Perez. He was professional, patient and transparent through out the whole process. While we couldn't quite meet the exact number I was hoping for on my trade- in, he clearly explained the pricing and never made me feel pressured or uncomfortable.

Wilfredo Torres, since the first time I brought my car in for an oil change has been outstanding . Cool, engaging, professional, helpful, knowledgeable, on top of exceptional customer service. Bay Ridge Honda is amazing. Stephanie Rivera worked extremely hard and was dedicated to having me leave with a vehicle. She was patient, professional and came highly recommended and dis not disappoimt. She evwn helped me resolve an issue months after I leased the car. Dave in the finance dept was equally and highly professional and accommodating. He put in so much time in my tough situation and made it work for me! These two employees are clearly invested in keeping customers coming back, unlike other car dealers who only care about quick sales. Top notch- you will not be disappointed. They can help you get a car no matter your credit and still walk out feeling valued.

We went there to have a look on their new 2026 Oddessey. It was our first time with this place, we were greeted by a sweet lady who asked us if we have an appointment. We did not have one but she said have a seat and i will find you an agent. 2 minutes later she introduced us to Mike, one of their agents, very respectful man who is decent and helpful and patient. He showed us the car and answerref all our questions. We were planning to lease a car, so he guided us through the steps and offered us a lease with price that we already had better deal. Then he came back to us with th good deal, but after good time of negotiations, my wife and I were overwhelmed because we left our daughters with their grandmother and she was calling all the time informing us that one of them was not feeling ok, so we wanted to leave and come back later. They were understanding, however Teddy the manager manged and promised to give us extra 2k miles on the car and to close the deal. The thing that we wanted but Mike's supervisor refused to do so. However we leased the car. The process took little bit of a normal time. But again we were in a rush because of our situation, But it is normal time to spend to lease a car! After that, Mike took us to explain more about the features of the car. Inside outside. He is so sweet to spend all the time just to help us understand how to navigate our new car. What a decent agent that Honda has.
To conclude: Honda agency on Hyla Blvd has great customer service, great cars, Affordable prices, equipped team to help you, decent Agent Mike and a good reputation! We highly recommend this company!Dec 28, 2025 -

I lease a minivan from this location, and every time I’ve had an issue and brought it in for service, Rick has been there to help. He is truly amazing—always professional, knowledgeable, and willing to work with me to make sure everything gets taken care of. His customer service makes the entire experience stress-free. WARNING: Dishonest Dealership – Stay Far Away from Honda of Staten Island
On August 16, 2022, I purchased a 2019 Genesis G70 (VIN: KMTG44LA9KU029847, Stock #KU029847) with 14,511 miles for $36,990. The car was advertised with a clean title and a clean Carfax, with “no accidents reported.” The dealership even gave me a clean Carfax , front page clearly showing “no accident reported, Carfax guaranteed.” (See Pictures)
Fast forward almost 3 years and countless issues later, I tried selling the car — only to be told its value was far below market because of a serious accident history. When I received the real Carfax, I found the truth:
The car had major damage to the front, side, rear, and roof. Not a minor accident, but a wreck that destroyed value and safety. The Carfax Honda of Staten Island gave me in 2022 had the first page altered and the middle pages removed — the exact ones showing this damage. I still have both reports, the fake one they gave me and the real one that proves the fraud.
This is outright fraud. They knowingly sold me a car with a falsified Carfax, hid the real history, and passed it off as clean, a direct violation of consumer protection laws.
I emailed them multiple times, zero response. No accountability, no effort to resolve. Clearly, this isn’t the first time they’ve pulled this scam. I’ve spoken with 2 attorneys and am preparing legal action. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they didn't respond either, I'll be contacting Honda corporate headquarters, and the District Attorney’s office to investigate.
If you’re considering buying a car here, ask yourself first if you want to risk paying top dollar for a car that was wrecked and if you want to be handed a fake Carfax report while they smile and shake your hand.and it'll you want years of headaches and a worthless resale value
If your answer is yes, then shop here. Otherwise, save yourself the nightmare and RUN from Honda of Staten Island. There are plenty of honest dealerships out there, this is absolutely not one of them.

My car was always showing me transmission issue problem on the screen. Took it to Honda of Staten Island, and meet with Elaine, an amazing service advisor, who assisted me all through the process of my car getting fixed. She was professional, helpful, and amazing. I will recommend her to anybody who wants to service their car or get it fixed with Honda. Ask for Elaine (739). You wont regret it.

I had an excellent experience working with my Honda service advisor, Wilfredo Torres. From start to finish, he was incredibly informative and made sure I understood every step of the service process. What I appreciated most was how thoroughly he went through my warranty information, taking the time to explain what was covered and answering all of my questions with patience and clarity. We had such a lovely experience at Honda of Staten Island. Daniel was an excellent salesman who really listened to our needs/requests and didn’t try to oversell us. Daniel was very knowledgeable about the Honda vehicles and their features. He was able to work with us to give us exactly what we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. He also went above and beyond to pick up the color vehicle I wanted from a different location! Reggie in the finance department helped to finish our transaction quickly and seamlessly so that we weren’t spending all day at the dealership. Would highly recommend buying or leasing your next vehicle here!

Recently leased a 2026 Honda CR-V Hybrid Transport. I dealt directly with sales agent Eugene Lynch. Eugene was open, responsive, clear, easily accessible via text/call and was always willing to go the extra mile to help make the customer experience as smooth as possible. However, I believe what helped set Eugene apart was his total TRANSPARENCY! He spoke to me prior to signing and he went over every detail, cost and fees. There were no surprises when I had to write my check and this was a huge welcome of relief! By the time I sat down for my 9am appointment, everything was ready and prepared. I drove away in my new car at 9:40am - 40mins to complete the transaction is practically unheard of! Eugene is the real deal - a genuinely nice individual who practices total professionalism. I highly recommend him to anyone who goes to SI Honda.

I most highly recommend Honda of Staten Island. Katherine and Paul were wonderful to work with. They're dedicated, organized, efficient, knowledgeable, and fair. Katherine is a good listener and was responsive to all requests and questions. Unlike most car dealerships I've experienced, this place doesn't have the tense vibe of a high pressure hustle. In fact, Katherine and Paul are so kind that, without charge, they offered to bring my car to me in Brooklyn on a chilly Saturday night and even spent twenty minutes finding a parking spot for it! I'm turning 65 soon so don't know if I'll ever purchase another vehicle but, if I do, it will most certainly be from Honda of Staten Island.
