Post repair work after an accident, I wanted my car blessed by Honda as tip top shape. Appt made, I rolled in and Denise Deas appeared as my advisor. She listened to the story, took the time to understand what I wanted done. She even caught a couple of things I overlooked. I honestly would not recommend them. They aren’t trustworthy and do not stand by their word. My brother reached out to them about a specific car and was told the out-the-door price would be $28k and some change. He took the next available flight and came to Staten Island yesterday. Just because there were three other customers interested in the same car, they suddenly changed the price and said the out-the-door cost was $32k. They couldn’t properly explain where these additional fees came from.
Look at the price listed on their website I understand there are taxes and fees, but how do you jump from $28k to $32k? Mind you, my little brother already bought a car from them before. You’d think they would give him a better experience as a returning customer. Oh! To make it even better my little brother added the car into his insurance as requested by the dealer.
Had an appt to get car inspected…..Rick made the process easy and painless…..made sure car did not have any recalls. He did advise on having brake fluid replaced and lines flushed . I waited for my car and he was honest about the wait time. He was professional. He made sure I understood what each item o was paying for was about as well as advise me on what to do on my next visit! Thanks Rick you were amazing!!!

Edited 8/14/25: *BE CAREFUL, READ the negative reviews first and read reviews on BBB(they have a D- for a reason) and DealerReviews* so I purchased this car as a “certified preowned” Car through this dealership on 6/28/25. The same night that I came home I heard Noises in the front end. I had to bring it back two days later where they were supposed to fix the strut mount. They said they did. I waited 13 days got my car back and still heard the noise. I brought it back again and they had it for another 12 days. My car was out of service for 25days. Mind you my car is still making noise and they told me that there’s nothing they can do to fix it. It’s going to make a noise. This led me to do my own research, which I saw that they checked off multiple things on my CPO inspection packet Which features weren’t even on my car. Comparing it to another car at a different dealership same Exact model I saw about 15 different things that were checked off as not applicable on that one Which means to me that they don’t inspect these cars they look at if it’s still under their warranty and check all the boxes on the packet without inspecting it.I spoke with the lawyer and he agreed. I also spoke with corporate and they told me that they have no control over what the dealerships do they’re private so don’t let them lie to you and say that Honda makes sure they do, even to believing that they inspected this car 182 points. They did give me a loaner car only because they had to because they were in the wrong And missed some thing on the “inspection”. Not only did that happen my credit card was charged Without authorization when I gave them a different card to use, and I’m still waiting for receipts for the charges from a week ago And I just got charged again today On a card that should not be being charged when I haven’t had the loaner car for 2 weeks. Then I can’t get in touch with anyone because they want to avoid you and if you do speak to them, they’ll only tell you what you wanna hear. BE VERY CAREFUL when buying a PREOWNED/“CPO” car here.

The team is courteous and professional - and they explain everything we need to know about the vehicle in great detail. On my last visit, Will Torres was friendly, professional and clearly explained my options. Most importantly, the issues with our car was fixed and car returned to us the next day. Highly recommend.

I visited Honda Service of Staten Island today for an oil change. Rick was my service advisor and he was super helpful. He got me in and out of there as quickly as possible. I stepped out to grab some breakfast and he called me right away to let me know I needed something else serviced for my car.
