I bought a pair of windshield wipers here and had trouble installing them. One of the staff member came outside with me and helped me install it the right way. I deeply appreciate this the personal attention given by the staff!

This company is the worst. Customer service is absolute garbage, they can't even send a confirmation for a cancellation when I've requested it. I definitely wouldn't recommend this company to buy your parts from. Absolutely terrible, if I could give less then one star I would in a heart beat.
They took 2 weeks to process an order, told us that the order was declined because of lack of funds when there was money in the account set aside specifically for the part and the exact amount was there. We spent over 3 hours on customer service and they said they couldn’t do their jobs right because of lack of manpower. They hung up on us, refused to give us to the manager and for 3 days declined to give us the cancellation confirmation
This is a local small business that needs the communities support. Now I say this without actually knowing the company or business's financial situation or if they are in dire need, I should rephrase and say this establishment DESERVES the communities support, regardless of their situation. I say this because in my personal experience and the experience told to me by other local aquaintances, close friends, family and other members of the community. And that experience is and was absolutely positive. They have wonderful customer service , they will certainly try to help you out solving your problem or repair issue with your vehicle regardless of how big or small or miniscule that issue may seem, they will help you find a solution and they will be very determined to provide you with a good, satisfying experience. They will also try to help you understand the services they provide and that you will or do more then likely desperately need to keep your car healthy and on the road. Also, they aren't overly greedy when it comes to pricing. They are definetly fair, more fair then other parts places in the area. When most people think of mechanics they think of theives duping them in price, this place will NOT do that. 5 stars for this local business.
This place has been around for several decades. The workers at the counter are old timers and know their car parts. If they don't have the part in stock, they can order it in.
I've had better luck getting materials and parts here than going to Autozone or Pepboys. This is an excellent place to find those hard to find parts. Whether it's American or foreign made cars, they either have the parts or can get it within a day or two.
If you need the best prices in Town on car parts then this is your Best Bet... You'll be amazed... Carparts, Inc. Is definitely number one in my Book any day.
