Great fair guy n super close it's up the road they pay good for junk cars they buy cars n take scrap n do some repair work n they definitely do tired quick cheep prices n very nice n fair father n son business please support your local business very personable n friendly
Had a very, very bad experience!!! Took them 2 weeks to complete a simple repair. Got quoted 3 different prices!! Started at $300 and end up paying $525. No one ever called me to update me on the progress of my car. I had to call almost every day to find out what was happening with my car!! Also the job was not completed as I asked. Had to have them stop because the price was getting out of hand!! I have been going to Augies for years for my state inspection and minor repairs. Over time the service has gotten worse and worse. I will never bring my car to this shop again.
Always quick friendly and reliable service if they don't have what you want they're not afraid to send you to the right place or to call around for you. Their rates are fair, and they always do great work
Very bad customer service after being on hold I was rejected for a quote the the owner didn't hear me out. He asked me how much I was willing to pay for Used Tires. My only question to him was how much for the Used Tires simple question I guess he was having a bad day I just didn't feel like I had to be the one to have to pay for his bad day...again very rude will never ever do business or have any of my clients work with the company.
