If I could leave zero stars I would, terrible service. I called to ask if they could help me with my tire and they hung up on me. I called again and they hung up twice. Don’t go there unless you want terrible service.
Amazing. Our Jeep lost power on way from lower Manhattan back to LI on Saturday (day before big storm) and we ended up in Maspeth. Called a couple of "corporate" companies and no help. We were fortunate to reach Cheap Towing who was there, as promised, in 20 minutes. They brought our Jeep to a local garage, at a very fair price, and the garage proprietor also helped us out. We got home safely. We are so grateful to Cheap Towing for being there! Definitely a great company! Mom and Pop shops are where it's at! Definitely recommend with no hesitation. Worst experience ever lol whoever answers their calls told me for 3 hours straight they’re 30 minutes away and then just stopped answering the phone when I called back 30 minutes later for an update…. Would not recommend this lying company to anyone ever. Disgusting customer service

The guy try to fight me over 8$. He said 100$ over the phone and I agree, he said cash, I went to the ATM get him the 100$ now he want 108$ shitty business. If I was paying with card I can understand but I went to ATM withdraw and paid fee.
Guy just said price and hung up the phone, he said very high price…very cheap place , not with price but with attitude.it was 1 am, they said they don’t have my name on record, how would it be if you guys disrespect and hung up phone without even trying to help.. ask your employee who worked at 1 am Sunday. Asking help. For 1 mile and he said $250 then hung up on me. I don’t know how that’s cheap.
