,obviously anything if I want a quick replacement but was quick to tell me go to a dealership if I wasn’t specific about the color,never go here go right across from the shop a Jewish guy was the biggest help and helped me find what I needed without an attitude even though I didn’t buy anything he still wished me luck,F this place big time
I came for a part for my toyota highlander and they pulled it for me and found someone to install it for a fair price. The part didn't work in my car, and the owner went above and beyond finding the part I needed.
should be negative stars, leaving one star is too kind for the terrible experience i had with this company. Do not do any business with them, go to someone else or a mechanic. Looking to save a few dollars will cost you more in the long run if you decide to use Cheapy auto parts. It took them 3 months to get two parts. One part didn’t work, and the other part was completely wrong. Save yourself anguish and headaches
If I could give these ppl zero stars I would. These ppl are not only thieves by taking your money and not wanting to return it , they give you the wrong parts and parts that don’t work, so they can prolong your 30 day warranty, give you the run around so they don’t have to give you any money back.they took over 2 months to deliver car parts and don’t want to give me my money back! I repeat! Never buy anything from this place. I’ve been having issues since July and we are in October. One car part does not work and the other part is not the part for my car! Do not buy any parts from this place. It’s the worst place and people to do business with. JUST LOOK AT ALL THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS, ITS ALL TRUE AND WILL BE REPORTING TO THE BAD BUSINESS Bureau and considering suing them! YES ITS THAT SERIOUS! Do not buy car parts from these ppl! You’ve been warned!
Please avoid this place at all cost. They have defective parts and will sell you knowingly. I have been a few times and every single time their part has been defective. And they won't issue you refund, only store credit! Bunch of scammers and crooks. Fair warning to everyone.
This place is very expensive. It's extortion...since they know you have limited options on a sunday to get parts. The guy charged me $60 for a part that cost $6 brand new from the dealership. But it was a sunday and I needed my car for monday so I paid it.
I would recommend using them as a very last resort.
Great prices! I called many places and they were the only ones who didn’t try to rip me off just because I’m blond woman in her early 20s. And the guy who deals with the phones is really nice (and pretty cute!)

They are selling damage parts and after you proved it that is damage they don’t want to give you all your money back they are trying to take like 30% out of it.
He said I’m wasting his time what about my time I left my business and drive all the way there.
I call before and i ask him about the condition of the parts and he said that is in good condition once I got there I did pay for it and I wait like 15 minutes to give me my parts and was damage I proved him that in the spot it’s not like I left the property.
These guys respectful professionals The young man at the front Desk an his workers respects and understand the value of time can’t ask for better service don’t waste your time going anywhere else just go straight Here trust me It will save you the hassle and the time.
Just another crappy junkyard in Willets Point with misleading listings followed by difficult returns. The gentrification of Willets Point will eventually take these crappy places out.
