Took my truck to Chuck's Towing for some body work after a large tree limb dented the hood. It was a few days before Christmas and I wasn't sure if it would done before the holidays. Mary called me Christmas eve to say it was ready. I was very pleasantly surprised when I arrived.The truck looked like new again and they had detailed the inside as well. I have had work done on a couple other vehicles over the years there and always was happy with the work.

Hit an animal at 8:30pm and the car wasn't drivable. Chuck's came and towed it to their shop. Joe and Mary were very straight forward with me, and due to the holiday season I did not expect much. I didn't expect my car back until at least next year. But Joe and Mary, and their crew got it together. The only thing I paid was my deductible and they got my car done a month earlier than I expected. Not only did they get it done quickly, they did an amazing job! The car is in better condition than when I bought it from the dealership!!! In my experience Chuck's Towing is super great! Hopefully I won't need their service anytime soon, but if I do I would have them do it. Great job Joe, Mary and crew!!! :)
Called and asked for a tow and they told me NO and that I shouldn’t have been on the road. Thanks for nothing! Rude. The world doesn’t stop for a snowstorm unfortunately! We would love to stay home!!

If I had to come up with two words to describe Chuck’s Towing they would be Above & Beyond. Even that doesn’t do them justice. Back in March I had my first ever car accident. My car was unable to be driven, in a ditch, during a snow storm, in a state far from where I live, and my lease was ending in just days when I had the blessing of meeting Joe of Chuck’s Towing. I went from panicked and near tears to relieved and supported. He, and all the amazing people who work there, ensured my safety and helped me navigate a very complex and ongoing situation that even stumped my insurance company. I ended being hospitalized after the accident due to illness which added a layer of complexity to the situation I truly don’t think I could have handled without them. I was able to get everything solved and return my lease without issue thanks to their kindness, expertise, and effort. These days it’s rare to see such humanness. I am genuinely forever grateful. 10/10 recommend. Chuck’s Towing & Collision is a blessing!
