Steve and his team conducted a PPI in about an hour, incredibly through, lots of pictures, and honest review. When calling in to discuss he gave an incredible amount of detail, as well as estimates on work that would need to be conducted on the vehicle to bring it up to 100%. Will definitely recommend him and his team to everyone, thanks again!

I thought M-Spec Performance team was reliable. Before I brought my 2007 SL 550 in for servicing, they looked up my car specs and informed me of the recommendations based on mileage. The price was a $1,000 more because they found something else. They fixed it and it ran like gem. So I thought. Less than a month after having my car serviced, I suddenly had pinhole leak in my hydraulic fluid line. Is it too much of a coincidence to suddenly have issues where there were none. I don't think so.

I enjoyed my visit(s). I felt that Jason, the lead consultant, in particular, as well as a service tech that spoke to me at the front desk, was exceptional. The service was great!! The effort appreciated! Jason recommended that I drive 100 miles soon. My Isabelle doesn't get much use; I walk every place. I'm trying to get my steps in. I had a transmission service. I have a BMW/Mini Cooper, 2020. The dealership made me feel that they were untrustworthy, not only with service but also with cost. It is unfortunate that the people you look to for service don't think twice about ripping you off! At M-Spec Performance, the service was explained along with timelines for future service or work. Expectations were stated and understood in layman's terms. I did request that the work order with photographs and explanations be sent to my email address, which I haven't yet received. One can't have everything, huh! Bottom line, it was the quality of the actual car service that counts. I would like to post photos, but they haven't arrived. I've already referred friends, and people who are not quite friends, to them. I look forward to hearing how great their service was. I will be asking.

Appointments are definitely accurate and they get the job done the correct and professional way that you euro car should be treated and taken care of I will be back for more maintenance during the winter and definitely coming back for all upgrade installments of my liking. The young lady at the front desk was very friendly and professional and had answers for my questions and also a good help and welcoming. Waiting room is comforting as well

Came to get my driver’s side door fixed. They ended up working on the passenger’s side. I paid over $1,800, thinking that was it. Turned out nothing was fixed, as soon as i left, the lock was still making noise. I made another appt, they wanted me to pay additional $600 bc they said they found another problem but no insurance if that what caused the noise. They said they will know after they replace it. Basically they wanted to try different things and had me pay for every tries. I could have paid the other $600 and not knowing if that would be it. I took it somewhere else, 2 days they fixed it. I spent over $1,800 plus the car rental while it was in the shop, for literally nothing. When i spoke at the shop, they made feel like it was my fault that they told me they worked on the wrong door. Even if they did tell us, we paid so much and no warranty at all? Obviously they fixed the wrong door, at least tried to continue fixing the car after we already paid. I wish you could have told us that they didn’t know what was the problem. Big RIP OFF

I brought my Alfa Romeo Stelvio for stuttering issues with my transmission and the service was amazing. They also noticed a leak in my water pump and hoses which they addressed as well. Jason was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He consulted with my warranty company and was able to get them to cover the approved parts when they initially tried to deny my claim. My car was returned to me in immaculate condition and running great! They also sent me pictures and videos which helped ease my concerns, knowing my car was in great hands. The Alfa Romeo service center couldn’t even compare to the customer service and quality care I received from M- Spec. They definitely made me a lifetime customer!

Had my BMW 4 series repaired at this shop. I honestly have nothing but amazing things to say about this shop. They communicated with me really well, service was fast, employees and owner really care about the cars and people they are helping. Would recommend to any BMW owner anytime and day.

I took my 2022 GLE450 for oil change to M Spec Performance. The oil change was done quickly and efficiently. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. Overall, I had a great experience at M Spec.

Heard great things about this repair shop online and thru word of mouth. Unfortunately, their customer service is terrible. I called last week seeking advice on a repair needed for my vehicle. After speaking with the rep for a few minutes, they gathered my contact info and assured me I would get a call back. I never got a call back! I followed up one more time speaking with a different rep and leaving my contact info again, assured I would get a call back but it has now been over a week and no one has reached out yet. Not the review I was hoping to leave but this is an actual and honest experience.

Took my X3 M40 to get the transfer case serviced. Jason was honest and helpful from start to end. The techs took their time to listen and go for a ride to check what I was concerned about. What really stood out is instead of trying to upsell and get the most out of me. Jason preferred to defer a job until we were sure that my first issue was fixed. Will definitely be going back and will recommend Mspec to anyone that needs some good work done.

Awesome experience! They fit me in for an oil change on super short notice, which was a lifesaver. The technician was great—really careful and respectful with my BMW M5, and everything was done super cleanly. You can tell they take pride in their work. Could not have asked for a better experience! Jason was so knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. I have a used 2019 Alfa Romeo Stelvio and this was the third shop I’ve been to for a diagnostic. They were actually able to DO the diagnostic and do it THOROUGHLY. I was also provided not only written documents but also pictures of everything they found. If you want an honest and down to earth shop that will actually help you without making you feel dumb or uncomfortable, this is the place to go. Additionally, the pricing was perfect in my opinion. M-SPEC provided great service when I needed full suspension repair on my 2013 BMW. I needed the repairs quickly for a scheduled trip a few days after I called them, and they were so responsive! They patiently provided a full explanation of what was needed and the pricing, including 3 year warranty, after the initial inspection. Jason and the team at M Spec were incredible. Jason helped me with an insurance claim on my Volkswagen Jetta.The insurance company was being extremely difficult. Jason was incredibly patient dealing with the multiple adjusters. He kept me informed along the way and the honest assessment and work was a rare experience. I will not hesitate to return and cannot recommend this shop enough. It is a rare experience in NYC to find a shop you can trust and to be treated with genuine care.

I had M-Spec install new brakes and tires on my Audi Q5, and they found me a great price on top-notch tires and all with a super quick turnaround. Calvin’s customer service made me feel good and at ease about going with M-Spec, especially since Brooklyn Audi dealership has done some shockingly sketchy things to me in the past. (Beware of them!) Thanks to M -Spec’s expertise and excellent service all around, they are my tried and trusted mechanics from now on! My car is driving like a dream!

I needed a thorough health check after only 4 months from a dealership service and took a chance with M Spec. I’m so glad I did. There are less than a handful of experienced and professional mechanics that can be trusted with the E46. It might be less and less in a few years. Jason was very upfront and responsive (considering how busy they are). Relayed the shop foreman’s findings and suggestions clearly. The software they use to communicate with clients is excellent. I was able to check on the process 24/7 with photos and videos. They’re not all over social like some other shops and putting all their time into the car. Probably better that way or else I’ll never be able to make an appointment. I kid. I hope they continue to do great business and stay around for a long time. Thank you to the team at M Spec.

I have trusted M-Spec for years with my family vehicles. Most recently I had some major work performed on my 2005 BMW M5. On this visit we took care of my clutch issues by replacing the original clutch with a new clutch kit and associated parts. While my BMW M5 was at the shop they also replaced the alternator and performed an annual New York State inspection. I cannot speak more highly about my experiences at M-Spec. They truly treat you with the utmost professionalism and respect. There are few if any true European independent specialists in New York City let alone Queens and Brooklyn. It is extremely difficult to find a shop that operates like these guys. They really do their best to invest in the latest technology. The customer experience I have received has just gotten better over the years. They have a system of sending photos, videos and text updates while my car is in the shop which I have never experienced at any other shop, not even the dealership. The night drop box is also very convenient since I work during the day and can only get the car over to them after hours. If you own a BMW there is no better shop to go to. These guys are the best.

M-Spec has the best customer service I’ve ever received at a mechanic. Advisors like Jason make this process so smooth and easy, amazing warranty program and financing options available as well. Driving foreign cars can me very costly and problematic, these bna experts were able to diagnose and repair my 2016 f10 550i and clear the check engine. Now she runs like a stallion, although other issues were located with the vehicle Marc my mechanic was able to prioritize my repairs and get the car running until I could return. Legend has it Jason’s beard grows more when m-spec gains a new satisfied customer.
