If I could give zero starts, I would. They are absolutely garbage, no pun intended. Customer service is rude and useless. I had garbage men come to our house and not take our trash. Their first excuse was we didn't have a our cans out at 4 am. Which was a lie, they were caught on that lie then blamed us that we had out cans the wrong directions, I've put them out the same way for 2.5 years and not one complaint. If you don't have to use them, DON'T.
They delivered late, did not inform me of why or that it would be late. Charged me extra fees after the fact without any bill or itemized report as to why there were extra charges, and picked up dumpster late after delivering late. Expensive service, poor follow through, and unacceptable business practices. I’d give less than 1 star if it were an option. Recommend any other waste removal in the area, certainly a better option out there.
The hours of operation are not good for the taxpayers of the Otsego County who work six days a week. And 7am -12 four days a week is ridiculous. Our leaders are not looking out for our best interest.
