Awful. Having purchased a 3/4" drive socket from Gillee's Napa in Cooperstown, I found the part to be mislabeled. It says 3/4" right on the socket but it's actually 7/8". I just wanted to exchange the mislabeled (unused!) socket and they wouldn't do it. Totally unreasonable.

Looked on the website, says your open till 2pm on Sunday's. Guess what, your open till 1pm as it says on the door. Probably should update your website to reflect this.

Usually have pretty good luck with them, hours need to be changed to reflect when they are actually open. Sunday's they are only open until 1pm but says 2pm on the website and Google. Very frustrating

It is a mixed bag as far as what they have in stock and who they have to serve. Some of the guys are great and do the best damn job that they can, others you have to wonder what on Earth they're doing in an auto parts store! I have found that when they have the parts I need they pretend to be just a hair less than the competitors. It seems a little Miss managed to me what do I know? The guys try but they definitely need a little help around there! I personally appreciate you guys doing the best you could.

Pretty rude! Appears that if they know who you are you don't have to wait in line. Will drive out of my way to go the NAPA in Mohawk that actually has a clue on how to handle customers.

Decent shop. Just FYI though, they require ID if you pay with a card.

I went one day before school to pick something up at 7:40 and no one was there even though their sign says 7:30 min-fri

Did not answer the phone after multiple calls. Either there opening time is wrong on the website or they did not open on time
