I cannot expeess how thankfull we are for dustins services. We were stuck in what i was considering irrecoverable circumstances down a backroad i believed was uncharted territory. After literally every other company in a 65mile radius denied us action. Dustin' fit us into their busy schedule and successfully saved our vehicle with ease making the 2'1/2 feet of snow and ice our vehicle was trapped in an effortless routine. The best part is our vehicle suffered no damage. Dustin and his brother are super nice down to earth professional gentlemen and from the beginning of our interaction to the final retrieval listend to your problem gave outstanding advice and provided us the service necessary for us to make it home safe. I cannot reccomend this company more. Thank you so much for saving our skin from the tundra we were trapped in!

Had the pleasure of working/helping Dustin pull a truck and save off a snowmobile trail last night I went to try to get them out with my personal truck n it was a little beyond my capability he was awesome one of the nicest tow drivers ive ever dealt with and helped pretty fast for the situation and just all around awesome guy highly recommend giving him a call if ur stuck on or offroad he will definitely get you out give him a call

Fantastic service! Incredibly kind and efficient people. My truck was completely stuck in the snow and they towed me out and plowed my driveway as well to make sure it wouldn't happen again. I'm so thankful for kind people who can help when you really need it.

I have used Dustin’s Automotive twice now for towing and he has always been very dependable in a pinch. I have also called him to change tires on my mother’s jeep and he got her in right away. I found the atmosphere in the establishment very friendly. I would highly recommend to use them for any of your automotive needs.

Would and have recommended Dustin’s to family and friends. Got an oil change from them, a door lock repair, detailing, hood replacement, engine light check, etc. I’ve found that he and his crew provide timely and good quality repairs, and Dustin is very transparent about prices, which have been very affordable. Easy to tell that Dustin cares deeply that a car is road-safe and that repairs are done well. Got my Volkswagen Beetle from Dustin back in September, and it still works great!

Needed help pulling my truck out of a iced over driveway they showed right up when I called and pulled me right out while I was hooked up to a trailer as well highly recommend them if your in a pinch!

I took my 2006 Subaru with over 200,000 miles to Dustin’s Automotive and Sales when my brakes suddenly started to give way on the rolling hills. Dustin let me drop my car off before work and pickup the next day. He even worked longer hours when an additional hidden tear was found on my brake lines and had it ready for me the following day because he knew my job was dependent on my car—and brakes—working. The entire staff is warm, funny and welcoming and even gave me some bbq while I waited! Dustin also took the time to explain (with a diagram) exactly what happened on my brakes and what can arise from the NY salt and how best to avoid the impacts. He rerouted my brake line so it would not be as costly a repair and was transparent about costs and offered reasonable and affordable pricing. I am extremely happy with the price, the wise expertise, the efficiency and the customer service. I plan on making Dustin’s my local car service provider and am grateful such a gem exists!

UPDATE: I took my car, after you replaced all the spark plugs, to a certified Volkswagen mechanic because it broke down and they told me that the spark plugs that were recently installed, again by you, caused the extensive damage (over $700 worth) to my car. I was not upset with your price and my mechanic didn’t cause the damage, you told me it was because one of the plugs cracked. I am upset that cheap/not-Volkswagen certified parts were put in my car and caused more damage to my car. Was told they can work on European cars (VW specifically) and they CAN NOT. While the hourly labor rate is cheap, they use cheaply made after market parts that are not good for European cars. Seem like nice guys but definitely don’t know what they’re doing for European cars; their “quick fix” ended up doing extensive damage to my ignition system.

Very helpful, very friendly and very professional. I had an adventure yesterday since I was driving from Albany to Sodus, NY and decided to take the scenic route. Not far into my journey on Rte 20 I saw I was running a bit hot, so I kept and eye on the temp gauge. Well I just about overheated on a big hill. i pulled over into a parking area and was thinking this is gonna be fun. So after a search I saw I was not far from Dustin's. So I limped in. Thinking this is gonna be fun. A person pulling in a garage off the road with an emergency. Dollar signs were flashing in my mind. Was so happy that I picked this place. They were awesome. Quickly figured out the problem, got the needed part and had me on my way as fast as they could. They even offered me lunch. Thanks! You all did a great job and made what could have a been a bad situation worse into a nice side trip on a drive home.

Has my idker pulley seize up and broke my belt,a few miles outside of town. I was on a load,Pilot Car, and needed fixed fast. Talked to Dustin the owner, he had his guys in it quick. Belts I carry weren't right size. He called all over for a new belt. None close by. He looked at what I had,and Saud if we move the pulley over and use it as down pressure I'd be good. So, he fabricated a new idler pulley bracket up. Took a little bit,but it worked. Can't say enough about this place and Dustin the owner,as well as his guys. His wife,Becca,I believe was great too. 10 star's in my book! Thanks again Dustin!

Dustin’s garage has always gone above and beyond to get my vehicles in for service as quickly as possible. Even with extremely short notice. He recently put in long hours and stayed late to get my vehicle back to me before the next work week started. His prices are very fair and his work is great. Thanks again

as someone new to the area with a vehicle that isnt too common around here - i was super nervous taking my car to anyone but a dealer - but I was too lazy to drive the hour to the nearest one - i brought it to Dustin he probably spend about 10 hours of time trying to track down the parts and when he wasn't comfortable with doing the repair he told me so - took it to the dealer it ended up being under warranty so it was free - so happy he was honest. I have given him my car several times since then and he has been amazing - almost honest and fair priced to a fault - at least when measured against the repair shops when I am from grateful for him and his ethics!!!!

As a disabled senior living on a fixed income, vehicle reliability, customer service and affordable prices are very important to me. I bought a vehicle from Dustin this summer. After I explained my situation, Dustin personally escorted me around the lot and patiently explained the pros and cons of the vehicles I was interested in. My choice made, he offered me financing options and took care of all the paperwork required for insurance and registration and, after a final and thorough inspection I was able to drive off the lot, even equipped with a roadside assistance package provided gratis!. It was the most stress free automotive transaction I've ever had. During our recent cold spell the car developed what turned out to be a minor electrical problem but ,boy, those warning lights on the dashboard scared me! When I called near the end of a business day, Dustin without hesitation told me to bring it in the next morning and I was first on the lift. The job was done before I had time for a second cup of coffee --and while the service wasn't free it was more generous than fair. I can't say enough good things about this business, and reccomend it without reservation for both sales and service.

Fabulous service. Knowledgeable and he gets down to the problem. Straight up with no gimmicks. This is the type of shop that gets it done. Dustin won’t waste your time and so far, I’ve never had to do a followup for ANY work that my car has needed. From fuel systems to tire rotations, you cannot beat going anywhere else. Dustin is a craftsman mechanic. I haven't needed it, but I've seen his bodywork jobs. I've brought vehicles in for a transmission replacement, a problem exhaust, and he is performing work on brakes and the exhaust of another vehicle. I've gotten to know him a little bit, and he is not only competent and spot on with his diagnosis, but he strives to be straightforward and respectful too. I'm very glad he's my neighborhood mechanic... and his used vehicle sales is a pretty impressive enterprise too.

It's hard to find a used vehicle that's Ina reasonable price range anymore, let alone if you have bad credit. Guess what. I got myself a car! Go talk to him. Guaranteed he can help.

Dustin and his team are truly helpful and honest guys. I travel for a living and live rural by myself. My vehicle is my only way to and from work. Dustin took me in on the same day I called him and fixed the problem immediately (misfire cylinder 3) which isn’t exactly an easy pop up job. I also returned a month later to have a grinding sound diagnosed. He immediately upon looking at my truck knew the issue and replaced both struts in less than 2 hours. If you don’t want to be price gouged and taken advantage of I highly recommend Dustin and his team. I witnessed his guys fix a drive in flat tire for a woman in less than a half hour without complaint. Help these guys build their business. They truly are worthy and doing things the right way.

My mother's car, our old Kia, finally was at its limits. It lasted way longer than we anticipated, so when we came here to see if they could fix it, we couldn't afford the expenses so the staff was kind enough to stop the leaking for free and made our car last a bit longer. They even helped us get a new truck from them which was super nice! Everyone here has been so friendly and understanding and seem to put a lot of care in their work and to their customers. They helped us a lot so I am very grateful!
