Wayne helped get my four children and myself off the side of the highway when my tire blew out. He was kind and patient in a stressful situation. He found me a new tire at a local shop and made sure we were able to get home safely. Highly recommend

Not sure about Mechanical side of the business, but if you need a shipping container delivered…. Don’t hire this one. Hire A-Verdi instead. Destroyed my pad, never gave me a refund, and never got back to me. Told me he could deliver without me being present, said he could easily do it. Took my money and ran when everyone in America is financially struggling. I paid him $500 to deliver, and spent thousands on the container and construction of the pad. Tells me “ it’s only stone, it’s nothing to be upset about” talk about busting property, to busting balls! What a guy! I hired someone else to remove the container so I can rebuild my pad. “Says it’s the worst job he’s ever done”, but left me hanging. Nice guy!
Our car was running smoothly then all of a sudden started to misfire and the check engine light start flashing on an our drive to Pulaski, NY. We arrived late in the night so early Saturday morning I took a chance on calling a repair shop and called Wayne’s garage. Wayne was so nice and even though he closed at noon and had a busy schedule, he was kind enough to let me drop off the vehicle off so he can preform a diagnostic test to determine the exact cause. He did tell me that if it needed a part the auto supply shop closes at noon and there is a good chance he wouldn’t be able to repair it until Monday. Wayne called before noon and said the repair was completed!!! He was able to get the part delivered in time. He went above and beyond to help us and we are eternally gratefully that we will be able to get back home as scheduled. Not only did he go out of his way for us strangers, he completed all repairs at such a reasonable price. I high recommend Wayne to anyone who is looking for a repair shop!! Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts!!!
Wayne is a true Charlie Daniels of the torque wrench type mechanic. When he was done working on my wife's van it was so quiet with such thorough craftsmanship I was worried she might drop me and give Wayne a call. Kidding of course!
In all seriousness...we were in Pulaski at Brannon's beach for a couple of weeks and needed to have some work done to our Toyota Sienna while we were in town. Wayne was straight forward about the time it would take and communicated the issues along the way. He took the time to diagnose the problems thoroughly and correctly unlike the mechanic it had been to previously. His pricing was far and it was a pleasure to work with him. Whether you're local to Pulaski, staying at Brannon Beach, or just traveling through I would highly recommend Wayne for any automotive needs you may have. He's a man of integrity and does quality work!

I was driving north on Rte 81, about an hour away from my destination, when I finally had to get off the highway and find a service station for a car problem. 1) I was lucky to find Wayne's Automotive as most auto places are closed on Saturdays. 2) Wayne was great--he diagnosed the problem and did a re-set which improved my car's performance and saved my trip!! 3) Affordable price! Would recommend this auto shop to anyone!
Had a deer run into the side of my car this weekend. The police called Wayne to bring the rollback. Great guy, he took us back to the campground to unload our groceries. He then went above and beyond by taking the car back to his shop and making it “driveable” for my 4 hour ride home. Would suggest him to others!
Being on vacation and away from home, Wayne's Auto came to my rescue. I broke down and although he was backed up as he said, he came to help me out. Picked up my jeep and took me back to the campground (which was out of his way)

As soon as I called him he was just getting back from Ohio with his brand new tow truck , he told me okay no problem I’ll be right there , I told him noo it’s okay you get som rest and pick it up
In the morning , he was there first thing in the morning ! He picked up my car and had it fixed within hours and I was on my way , I’ve never exsperianced such honesty and loyalty , such a great man & his wife both made me feel welcomed ,

I had a really great experience with wayne and his company! Not only did he give me great prices, he worked with me and went out of his way to help me out and fixed my car so i can make it back home. If your looking for a tow or to get your vehicle fixed and your around Pulaski NY , i strongly recommend waynes automotive!
The guy was kinda rude. Still had same issues after it was "fixed " had to take my vehicle elsewhere to get it fixed. Had to get it towed to him only to have it break down and get towed again.
