I was unfamiliar with the ups policy inside the store regarding returns for Amazon products. And was immediately scolded by a female cashier that had horrible manners and did not make me feel welcomed at all.
My experience completely sucked. I’m not a car person, so I needed guidance on purchasing a part. They told me they weren’t able to search for the make and model, and told me to call Napa.
I have had nothing but trouble with this place with different parts. With one part they told me one price and ended up ordering the WRONG part. Now yesterday I order another part from them and they NEVER ordered it. They even told me it would be in at 10:30 today. I find this store useless and causes me nothing but stress because they can’t do their jobs!
BUYERS BEWARE... lease share...Pay $265.00+ fillers for a "re-built" alternator at advanced auto in Pulaski (thought it was new for that price). $300.00 + plus dollers to put it in at a garage for the alternator to be junk but yet that are not interested in refunding the service charge for putting it in. Small claims court here I come!!!
They don't have much "in stock" ever, always have to order it plus their price online is Cheaper than what they quote in the store. Not my favorite go to auto store. Friendly people though.
that place is the worst... no customer service skills in either the Fulton ny or Oswego ny stores. as a commercial customer I'll never give that place another penny.
Bought parts online went defective before 30 days went to exchange it for new one with it still being under warranty they wanted me to buy an new one for 60 dollar's more and then refund me the money that I paid online for it this isn't the first time this has happened not very impressed with this company
I had a very nice man. His name is Joseph and he is excellent! I needed new wiper blades and he showed me many different blades and explained each one so even I understood what he was talking about. He then put them on my car and showed me how to put them on! His knowledge and his ability to put you at ease made my purchase a pleasure! He gets 5 stars for excellent customer service and overall niceness! Keep up the good work, Joseph! Customer service is alive and well in Pulaski, NY!
Needed a battery. I brought the old one in and was met at the door with a cart so I didn’t have to carry it any further. Associates are nice and friendly. Willing to help.
They generally have what I need in stock or can order it if not there same-day or next-day usually everyone so far that I have dealt with has been helpful and friendly
Purchased a battery at a reasonable price thinking I would receive free installation as the website suggested. Unfortunately, because they do not have an indoor car bay, they would not install it during the winter months. The battery was ready for pickup when I got there.
A small store, but they are always helpful and get the parts quickly. I was pleasantly surprised when they had the brake rotors on hand and in stock for my Volvo. I was expecting to have to wait.
