Called to make appointment, asked who I was talking to, if it was Dave, and had some rude big mouth just repeat his spiel he said to begin with which I didn’t hear the first or second time. Hung up and took my business elsewhere.

1st let me say this place is NO longer run by Dave, 2nd they do NOT repair even a battery replacement properly, not only did they charge me $250 for a battery but ive only driven the car twice since the repair weeks ago, then when I did it wouldn't start we look at battery , located under passenger seat and the rear terminal isn't even on, its literally sitting on TOP of its post.. absolutely ridiculous, great way to do their job !!
Had to park my car here because I hit a deer on Interstate 81. The gentlemen working were very kind and helped me in whatever way they could to get my car on my dolly.
Dave's service center is the best .Got my boat trailer inspected and always treated me great and respect. Always had others vehicles and always did a wonderful job.
Insane customer service. I will ONLY use this shop. They fixed a Brand new set of tires I got from Mavis in fulton. Never expected this kind of customer service. Thank you!!
If u like ur car don't use Dave's auto center the had my car for not even a week and they dropped some thing on front of my car got it home stared doing some work on my car when got home and broke control arm bent spring hanger and then they throw some gray spray pant on dentens and my car is blue and put mud on that to hind it
First took my vehicle to Dave's Service Center in 2008 for an Inspection. Have continued trusting Dave and his crew as I have found them to be honest, efficient and all around good people. On at least three occasions over the past 7 years Dave or Al or Jake has called to tell me something I had reported as needing repairs was in fact okay and they lowered the estimate. Never had that happen before. When I take my vehicle to Dave, or refer someone to him I am confident that the service will be top-notch and the charges will be for what was needed, no bill padding or searching for some way to increase the cost. I would never hesitate to refer anyone to Dave's Service Center.
Just moved to Parish, and wasn't sure what to expect, so I took my Ford Pickup to Dave's for a coolant leak, was quick to get an appointment, staff was friendly, and they found the problem and fixed it quickly. In addition, they found a broken front strut spring without me saying anything about it. The truck had been in two previous times to Koerner Ford in Syracuse to find a vibration in the front wheel, they kept claiming it was tires and tried to sell me new tires. Dave's found it without me asking, and then fixed it for a very reasonable cost, and still had it ready to pick up when it was originally just a coolant leak. Since then, we have taken our other cars in several times for various things, and I've had the same pleasant, professional experience. Very impressed, Dave has my business, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this shop to others.
