Reputation means everything, especially when the Alan Byer name is on it. My daughters 2016 XC60 had a deer jump out from high weeds, knicked driver light, landed on passenger window and rolled of and broke mirror/door area. Daughter was totally unharmed. When drive a Volvo you think Byer Collision. Brought the car to them (flatbed), shared concern and how worried I was about all that glass shards. They said not a problem and here is what will be doing and it'll be about 4 weeks and kept us updated. Had a loaner car which was awesome and speaking of Awesome were the two ladies handling the front end/counter service. Their kind attitude and pleasantness about everything , included going back almost a year later for a slight adjustment on the hood. The guys/gals behind the scenes doing the work I thank too because all that magic happens in the back. no hint of glass shards, everything seemingly perfect. Like I said, years of experience and reputation is solid and Byer Collision still has it! Alot of detail on this car with windshield sensors, bumper, highend headlights. I would return again and recommend for any repair. My daughter, and I especially, thank you for going out of your way, especially you Rich!
I just picked up my vehicle from Alan Byer Collison, and it has been an amazing experience. Crystal, Cindy, Rich and the entire shop have been utterly outstanding and the work they did on my car is a testament to that. I pulled in to pick up my vehicle and it looked exactly like the day I purchased it.
There are no seams out of place, no panels misaligned, everything is absolutely flawless. The paint work is the best I have ever seen from a body shop and I have seen very good work and very poor work.
Hopefully I never have to utilize their services again, but if I do need a body shop, this is the only place I would recommend ANYONE utilize. Their professionalism and quality of work is something every business should strive toward when taking care of a customer's needs and personal property.

If you're looking for an excellent collision repair shop, look no further. My suv was charged by not one, but two deers. The damage was to the front end of the passenger side and although the passenger front door was not damaged, it didn't open. I thought about going through insurance but my deductible was high. ($1500). Moreover since I've had to deal with insurance before for my two teenage daughters, I knew that whatever insurance cover beyond my deductible, they were going to increase my premium to make up for what amount they had to pay out so I decided to request for an quote from Alan Buyer. Long story short, I was provided a competitive quote of which I accepted and the repairs were completed in less than 7 days. Alan Buyer has definitively earned my business and my trust. I was a bit skeptical about driving 40 miles to Fulton for collision repair, but I would gladly make the journey again if I needed to. Service was very helpful, personable, and timely; and my car looks like new (inside and out). I highly recommend!
So, I've had the pleasure and a beautiful Toe-Poppin, Amazing experience with Alan Byer with them not only fixing but showing love to my my baby my vehicle. Not only that, they also took me in like family they provided me loner car when the rental car place was giving me problems that I was at at the time. they always called and checked in I specifically would love to just Thank Charlie for just being so Toe-Poppin Amazing the whole time and assisting me throughout the whole time they had my car I appreciate everyone there that took the time to work on my vehicle and took the time to reach out to me in regards to things that was going on with my vehicle. Since joining the Volvo family, I have had to utilize the Alan Byer Collision Center a handful of times. Each time the customer service has exceeded expectations (very friendly, frequent updates on repair status) and the turnaround time is always quicker than expected. I work overnights and the staff (Charlie) was extremely accommodating to my schedule needs, which is greatly appreciated. I was pleasantly surprised that on return of my car, not only had the exterior been detailed (and looking like brand new), but the interior had also been cleaned. Even if I get away from driving Volvos, Alan Byer has still made a lifetime customer out of me!

I was lucky enough to find this collision center through my Volvo dealer. Sadly my car was totaled by insurance. However when I went to gather my things they kept the car so I could retrieve my roof rack and although it was a sad day, Rich whom I believe is the owner came out and talked me through what insurance deemed wrong with the car. He commented on how nice of a vehicle it was then shook my hand. That meant a lot. Everyone at this shop was very responsive with follow up calls and answering questions I had during the whole process. Thanks Rich, hope ya see this!
I hit a deer, which wiped out my front grill, light and front right fender. The staff was Excellent, they called me twice a week, kept me updated. When I picked it up I was awww by how beautiful it looked. They even cleaned the inside and washed the outside, wasn't expecting that. They worked with my insurance co. all along the way. I would recommend them highly. Thanks Alan Byer and your Team. Outstanding.
I would highly recommend Alan Byer to anyone needing any kind of car repair. When I checked around to get my car repaired other repair shops couldn’t get my car in for 2 months. When I called them they said they could get it in the next day. The girls in the office were awesome. They told us that they would call us with updates every Tuesday and Thursday with updates and they did. Awesome customer support. The workmanship was great. Could not even tell it was in an accident. Highly recommend Alan Byer Collection.
Had my Jeep repaired here and the repairs were flawless. I have looked at the vehicle from every angle and in various light conditions and it’s perfect. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and goes above and beyond. They called me several times to keep me updated on the repairs and my Jeep was returned spotless. There really is no need to look elsewhere for your repairs. I have referred 2 other people to this facility, and they had the same results!!!
Recently had some vehicle repairs done at Alan Byer collision center and highly recommended them. Excellent workmanship and customer service. They also kept me in the loop every step of the process and completely handled the insurance company.
Brought my truck in to the Fulton shop for an estimate and they could not provide me with an "accurate" or any estimate. I explained I was looking around for a shop and needed this for a compare. They said they could not give me an estimate without tearing my truck apart? What kind of auto repair shop cannot provide an estimate without starting the job? Seems very sketchy... I would not do business or recommend this ship.

Excellent service at Alan Byer collision center. First time using them for repairs and was completely satisfied with the end product. From bodywork to paint, my Subaru looked like it did the day I bought it, they even cleaned and detailed the inside. Jess was excellent to work with and provided fast friendly service between updates on progress and updates on supplements. It was nice be in the know and not left in the dark on my car. I would definitely recommend to anyone in need of repairs big or small!
Alan byer was great! This was my first time using my insurance for an accident and jessica was very nice and explained the whole process. It did take a little longer than I expected and that's because they were arguing with my insurance to cover parts ford required rather than aftermarket. It was extremely nice that I didnt have to deal with that. My car came out looking brand new. They even cleaned the inside which I was not expecting and was embarrassed by how messy it was! (My 2 year old and 2 dogs travel frequently with me). They sent me text messages and pictures along with phone calls for all the updates...it was honestly way less hassle than I expected and their customer service was great. I would recommend them!
Between dealing with this shop and StateFarm, I’m absolutely frustrated! That couldn’t even give me a list of damages after disassembly of my whole front end! Still waiting on assessment! If I could leave zero stars for both companies I would!!
Working with the adviser was very helpful. She explained the repair process well and the repairs were done when they were expected to be. My car looks the same as it did the day I bought it. Very happy with the repair and Alan Byer's Collision Center.
Awesome place and friendly staff! Can track progress of your vehicle online. Once your vehicle goes inside it doesn’t go back out in the weather until it’s complete! Highly recommend this shop!
We can't express enough on how EXCELLENT the service is here. Rich and Jess were able to get us right in and out. Dropped off on a Thursday and called us that Monday letting us know our car was done! They went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of from fast service to even a rental car! When we went to pick up our car it looked like we just drove it off the lot, and couldn't tell their was any damage done. We go to get into the car and was sparkling clean, couldn't tell a trace of our dogs hair! If you are looking for someone reliable and to get the job done right give them a call and grab a quote you wont be disappointing.
