I went to get a new battery for a vehicle even though I'd forgotten the year. They were able to look at the old battery and get me the correct one.

Kelly and the crew of both the commercial and retail sides are great. They deal with a lot of frustrating situations and they still have always treated me with dignity and respect. I believe that if you are kind and respectful first, you will get that in return. They seem to go out of their way to help me whenever I need it. Thank you!

The store was organized and clean and Stephanie was a huge help, professional and friendly.

They are usually pretty helpful, and from my experience they have the best prices overall..

When they get it right there ok but often make mistakes and get me the wrong parts

I was able to find exactly what I needed. Bought this transfer pump to eliminate lifting 2-5 gallon gas cans to fill lawnmower and snowblower, no spills,no waste. Super Pleased.

They do not deliver to commercial accounts outside of the village. The free delivery is false advertising, in my opinion.

Tom, Jake, and Destanie from O'reilly's in Central Square, NY were so helpful and kind. It was 18 degrees outside and we were out in the parking lot for 3 hours. Jake said he had to get us to Buffalo to celebrate the Bill's game tonight. And he did, we our on our way to BUFFALO!!! Awesome people, great store!! Let Jake go home and watch the Bill's game 😎 #GO BILLS!

Brand new store in our neighborhood. Needed small amount of vacuum line for a repair. Staff accommodating.

Not very helpful today sat. Sept.12th around 4pm. . Tall guy w a beard that talked funny was of no help at all. Went across the street to napa and they found the universal joint i needed in 10 mins. Thanks napa.
