Quality does amazing work. I just got my car back after an accident and it looks better than when I bought it. They were very helpful with navigating the insurance process and were very thorough making sure everything damaged was replaced with appropriate parts. I wouldn’t trust my car with any other shop in the area, Quality is the best.

Gave a call to ask if my car could have a damage inspection after a rear end collision as well front collision. I gave info of my car I got told “I don’t fix car that old” My car is from 2013. I know from my company that they have fix cars older than 2013.

Michael and his team did everything they could to get me on the road again after I was in an accident. I cannot be more grateful to Quality, and my insurance adjustor, Jay, who helped me out of a very difficult situation. Thank you!!!

Was rear ended a couple months ago and sadly this was where my car was taken, forgot to leave a review with my very unpleasant experience. Called to simply ask if I could retrieve my belongings from my car and the woman told me I’d have to pay (which was NOT true!) and continuously tried gave me unsolicited advice despite my protests. This was super inappropriate considering I was traumatized as is by the accident and she had the audacity to talk back to me and give me a hard time. She then transferred me out of nowhere to a super rude man who I once again asked if I could pick up MY belongings from MY car without being charged and he said yes and hung up on me mid sentence. Extremely rude people.

I tow a travel trailer and was on my way up to Lake George. During my travels on the NY Thruway, my right rear leaf spring on my suspension snapped. My trailer was leaning hard. I was able to get to a service area and parked in the truck lot. Quality Towing responded and was at my site within 20 minutes. Being that my trailer couldn't be towed, the successfully repaired my leaf spring and were very professional. They also made sure I was on the road and on my way. They saved my trip and my stress level. Thank you guys for your help during my time in need!

Ended up with a slow leak/flat tire 3 hours in to a 4 hour drive on the thruway. Aaron was dispatched to change the tire. Was told it would be about 30 min. He was there in about 15. Took a look at the tire and suggested since I was only 5 mi. from the exit and it was a slow leak, he filled tire and gave me directions to Mavis to have it fixed/replaced. Extremely helpful and pleasant and didn't take advantage of the situation.

High centered my landing gear on some buckled pavement in newburgh. These guys had a wrecker there in 15 minutes. Very professional and was able to get me unstuck. Still made my delivery on time.👍

Can't believe after all the years we have taken our Vehicles to quality.... I call because my car won't start... I live in village. Turns out it needed a jump... they charged me ..$130.00 to start my car... not that I wanted them to come for free but $130.00

My husband and I couldn’t be happier with the body work done by quality on our 23 Durango. From the very beginning, the girls in the office were great and handled all paper work with the insurance company. The body work was excellent, everything lines up nicely, all OEM parts. Not only was the work excellent but I got my car back completely detailed inside and out. Show room quality. Highly recommend!! We are extremely happy over all. Exceptional work!

The owner of this business, Mike, is rude and does not have any people skills. I cannot attest to the quality of their work, but I went in there for a price for a tow. He quoted me a price twice of what it should cost (and, in fact, what I ultimately paid from a competitor), and when I said it "seemed rather high" he walked away from me. So aside from rude, I will also say overpriced.

It's too much car and they don't do leisure, it's plans or anything. I asked them to leave the car somewhere else and they refused. They take advantage of the need and a very bad experience with them. They think we're rich and we're not because of them. every time from bad to worse I hope that sometime they go through the same needs and know how it feels in conclusion I do not recommend this business they are too high prices and poor quality of work

I had a flat tire on the Thruway. On our way to Legoland. The kids were devastated. This guy showed up told all the kids that they were going to be OK. He was going to get them to Legoland talk to them the whole time he was fixing the tire. Literally went above and beyond. I cannot say thank you enough.

Highly recommended!! I had the unfortunate experience to have a tag tire blowout today. We were able to get Michael Biggs Jr. to come out and change the tire on the NYS thruway. John showed up within 45 minutes and had the tire changed, and the spare aired up in 25 minutes. Excellent service!! Thanks again, John!!

They were nice until they weren’t. The one owner John is rude and arrogant. Mike was nice until his brother got involved. My car was rushed and I found flaws in their work. They have serious issues with getting constructive criticism. It all started after I found some odd substance on the interior aluminum door trim. To be fair I wasn’t sure what it was because it looked like dried glue on my car. I didn’t see it before bringing it to them. I did not blame them, but simply questioned what it was. John took it upon himself to point out that I was a female and had to “educate me” that it “was rust.” I was and still am fully aware that aluminum develops corrosion, but it looked different than that. I wish I had taken the time to educate him that aluminum does not rust, but what do I know being a female with a minor in chemistry? Haha! I came to terms that it was most likely due to age and the fact we live in the northeast. The other issue found was the moldings that were clearly removed to paint the car were not properly replaced. I presented my concerns in a polite calm manner and ended up getting verbally assaulted by John. John literally screamed at me and continued to call me names after I asked him multiple times to stop yelling at me in a calm manner. I gave two stars because they did replace a light bulb and gave me touch up paint that I did not ask them to do. I was originally really happy with my car, but when I took a closer look I found areas in which they obviously rushed. I completely understand that every industry is completely overwhelmed and behind, but there’s no excuses for lack of professionalism and rudeness. I’ve never in my life have been verbally assaulted in such a way by any business and with any transaction. Pretty disappointed after reading all the positive reviews. Perhaps the COVID era got the best of this business and broke them or my car was unfortunately a small percentage of rushed jobs and was not cared for in the same manor as others. Before today, I actually considered bringing my second car to have some touch ups done because their paint is top notch. I wish I could go back and give them a second chance because the shop is super clean and has positive reviews, but John truly ruined that opportunity.

I had my 1981 corvette painted in a two tone color, ford blue on top of Chevy gray and pinstriped then. There was also three clear coats applied. 40 years later the car looks like they painted it last week!!! No BS no cracks in clear totally beautiful as the day it left there ! I would recommend this body shop to everyone. The reason I chose them was because of the way all of their tow trucks were painted back then. All beautiful!

These guys are the best, they repaired my 2018 Hyundai bumper. They repaired it with all new parts and it looks better than new. Excellent quality and super nice customer service! Thank you Mike and John! I’m so happy to have found you.

My car was towed there after an accident. Unfortunately, there was so much damage to the undercarriage that the insurance company opted not to fix it. However, the folks there were very courteous and nice and helped me through the process

Brought my car to Quality to repair deer strike damage to my hood and front grill. John was thorough with explaining what needed to be repaired, how the process with the insurance company would play out, how long it would take to repair vehicle. I picked up My car this afternoon and it looks brand new. It was thoroughly cleaned both inside and out. Excellent job by Quality, as usual.

They exceeded my expectations with the repair job. My door needed to be replaced and the new one looks identical to the old one. Paint job was identical. Also, they cleaned the inside and outside of my car which I was not expecting. I highly recommend using them.

I will recommend this company to anyone. I was treated like a queen. Just really awesome - professional - very helpful - open communication and even better an awesome job done to my car. The office was great John was awesome. Thank you very much making me feel at home.

Just completed an absolutely flawless experience with Michael Bigg Quality Auto. They started with a very thorough education on what I could expect, led me through the entire process and completed a perfect restoration after being rear ended at a traffic light. The entire staff was friendly, courteous, professional and went out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly. They even detailed my truck inside and out when finished. I’m not one to write reviews but dealing with Quality Auto forced my hand. Couldn’t be happier with their service.

Incredible job on my 2014 jeep. The entire driver's side was wiped out in an accident, they repaired and painted it, looks brand new. My jeep is silver which is a difficult color to match. You cannot tell it was ever in an accident. Took my car when they promised and it was completed when promised. They took the time to make sure I was happy with the job they did. I would highly recommend Quality Auto Body!!

Managers are rude and not helpful. I was duped by the tow truck driver who told me that they do great work and would squash the deductible. Wasn't the case... Overall, never EVER going back to this shop. Once your car is there, they have you and they know that and even worse, treat you like that.

Had my car towed a long distance from Quality. Driver was friendly and seemed to like his job..rare these days. He did nothing but praise all parts of the business. Truck was clean and said nothing but clean in all parts of the business is accepted. Considering using the auto body service because of this.
