Poor response, tech support offers that fall through, rebuilt knotter doesn’t fit properly. Not the type of service quality that fits a time sensitive product.
Seems to always have the parts I need at competitive prices. Shipping fees were calculated, and after the parts shipped the fees turned out to be less expensive than calculated. Green Baler Parts promptly notified me and reimbursed the surplus shipping fees. Great to do business with this company.
Bruce and his team have been great. Help me get the knotters out and rebuild for 1/4 of the Deere prices. I did do it over the winter so there was not a problem with timing. The miscellaneous parts are all there on the site.
Purchased a chute extension, no instruction. Called for support twice and emailed, no support. Doesn't match up to original. Will not do business with you again.
Performed quality assessment and rebuild of my 24T knotters. Did not get knotters to adjust to "100% tie" during 3rd cutting 2022, but hope to reach the sweet spot during 1st cutting 2023.
Had knotters rebuilt 2020. Installed same. Wouldn't tie bales after multiple attempts. Pulled baler back into shop. Heard baler hit something while rotating in shop. Broken twine disc fell into bale chamber. Intermittent gear broken as well. Emailed GBP and was told tech would get back with me. Emailed two weeks later and was told someone would contact me. Never heard from GBP again.
