I've never left a review on Google but the customer service and overall demeanor of their staff was so bad that I had to warn other people. My car was stolen and that day was better than the day I went to pick it up from their lot. They told the police that my car was driveable and didn't communicate the state that my car was in when I got there. When I realized what state my car was in, I was looking for compassion and help understanding next steps and instead they pulled my car out to the street and left it there with no plates, dead battery and no gas. They didnt explain why they were doing this or give me any information about next steps. I ended up calling a different tow company to bring my car to a shop. 0 stars, avoid at all costs.

Absolutely sub-human creature towing cars around the university hill and then gouging people with exorbitant fees while also being nasty on the phone. Given he's old, it really comforts me to imagine that the world will soon be better off without him.

Terrible business. They lied to my face when I asked if they were open on the weekends, and they lied so that they could charge for 2 more days, since my car was not drivable and had to be towed to another location by my insurance company. I didn't believe them when they told me on Friday that they wouldn't be open on Saturday, so I called them Sat at 10am and sure enough they answered and confirmed they were open. Absolutely unacceptable business practices -- I am lucky to have good insurance that covered tow costs, but for folks without that insurance these guys are predatory and should be ashamed of themselves.

Worst company ever! Just know if u get ur car towed here they make it very difficult for u to get it out !!!!!

They are rude and dis organized. I called 5 times to get my plates from my stolen car. Drove 2.5 hours after their reassurance that they had my plates. I wouldn't take their word on anything.

Although my situation isn’t ideal you guys have been helpful and professional with any questions I have and I appreciate it! Very kind and honest people working an honest job that isn’t easy !

The worst place ever they price gouge people and take advantage of situations I had to pay cash for towing my car after my wife had a car accident They charged ( Forced me ) to pay $750 to release my car I will file a complaint with the attorney general for corruption Department of state of consumer affairs and BBB Plus take them to small claim court It was 4 miles one way And 11 miles to tow it to my house

Even though it was entirely my fault I got towed -ruthless landlord-. My car was only towed a half mile to their business and I picked it up within 3 hours. I was still charged $270 for a half mile tow and sitting in their yard for less than 3 hours, I tried to negotiate the price. Absolute robbery

From top to bottom, their attitude is completely sour. We called about my partner’s car that was parked in a lot for only ten minutes with other cars that have been there for much longer… the man on the phone said that he picked her car to tow just because and that it would be ~$215 to get the car back and must be paid CASH. Sketchy but sure. The tow was paid for and as usual she did what one would do first. Check the car! My partner went into the yard alone as the sign said vehicle owners were allowed. This awful man who we assume is also the tow driver goes by Mark, got into his tow truck after vaguely waving my partner towards her car. He honked his horn to intimidate her, proceeded to get out and then threatened to take her keys away because she didn’t leave quickly enough. She took at most 5 minutes to look at the car. We get it, there’s a job to be done but there’s an appropriate way to do it.. which doesn’t include screaming and getting into a young woman’s face for taking a few minutes to just look at her car.

I was towed within 10 minutes of being at my aunts apartment complex. I have always parked there since she moved in two years ago. I was unsure who called it in until I saw after them repeatedly circling back to the parking lot just to catch people. When contacted, they had horrible customer service and were rude over the phone. The phone calls were ended abruptly each time. The guy who towed my car giggled when he walked in and saw me there to get my car. They only accept cash. They are very predatory in their practices.

Human cigarette of a secretary is rude without provocation. Sticker says $175 and up, charged over $300 for a 3 mile tow. ATM in shop is purposely made with a max withdrawal of $200 so that customers must pay for 2 transactions. 0/10 would not get towed again.

Despite a hard situation where they still had to charge me for a tow and 2 days of impound fees when the police apprehended the driver who stole my vehicle was a slap in the face. They couldn't find the heart to even give me a break wanting to charge me full price to tow my vehicle out of their yard when the police gave me a tow only release since I had to register my vehicle still since the guy stole it after I bought it but prior to me registering it with the dmv. No ❤️ heart at field's police impound tow truck company.

Stuck on side of road I ask “can you help me please I’m stuck on south side” and he goes “we don’t care to help you find someone else old man” this company is a dump!!!

Called to get details on my car and they were extremely rude. Even hung up on me. This whole process was super stressful and unnecessary.

I’m sure most of the one stars are out of pure anger and frustration. Here’s my honest opinion all that aside. The customer service is terrible. The woman I spoke to didn’t include the taxes on the ‘total’ amount and mentioned that they would be open from 10-2 on Saturday. I said whatever time is good for you.. she said twelve, I agreed. The driver I spoke with on Saturday seemed annoyed more than anything to answer questions as well as the woman I spoke to and referred to me as “dude” at one point. Turns out they aren’t open at all and they close at twelve. As I seen in some reviews I’m assuming this is a money making tactic and that taxes are likely being avoided with there ATM only payments. I understand the heat a towing company may take on in the business. But to take your own personal feelings into the workplace to replace professionalism will not help the business be as great as it could be. Very shady and not an honest hard working American company. I’ll have my vehicle removed from the property soon and will not be calling this company for help with a tow if needed for the reasons above. They should keep in mind the same people they tow away could be potential customers. They will not last. . It’s business 🤷🏻‍♂️

Extremely rude, unprofessional, and disorganized. Pray that your vehicle doesn’t end up with them. It’s too bad google doesn’t have a way to upload call recordings as my phone calls with them are very telling of the service to be expected. Good luck.

The most god awful, mean, unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. If I could give zero stars I would. They didn't tell us that if we didn't pick our car up the day of towing, that they would charge us extra for not picking it up. They were completely unprofessional and rude on the phone, and my roommate wasn't even acknowledged when she walked in. When she told them which was her car they chuckled about it in front of her. My roommate left in tears. Newsflash to all companies who deal with college students: just because we are college students doesn't mean you can treat us like garbage. We are a house full of financially independent girls, you aren't taking our parents money like you think. We require our cars to go to class and our jobs that we have to pay our loans and tuition. I know this is the towing company's doing because I've asked my landlord company if we can park in our driveway (again, we have been parking here since June) and they said they have no idea why this towing company is just now deciding to tow our cars. I hope the owners and workers read this and rethink their decisions to treat people like garbage because they feel they are inferior. You are nasty, unprofessional people.

Having a large parking lot paved was a feat on its own. Dealing with cars in the lot didn't help but Fields came to help. They left a tow truck at the project to assist with relocating vehicles that were left in our lot. A professional company that is reliable and reasonable.

These people are desperate for money I left my car in a empty parking lot next to my apartment on a weekend from 1am to 7am. That's 6 hours and they come up towing it. Than they tell me to come in at 10am and they are not even open on time. Then they stop answeing their phone. Least to say these These fields people are the worst.

My brother wrecked a car that got taken to impound by this company. They were very fair to us, worked with us on a decent rate to send it to salvage and kept all of his expensive tools safe in their office and in good condition for several days (which they weren't asked to, and didn't have to do) made a bad situation more bearable and were professional and personable.

Horrible PR, the call attendant obviously hates his job and to give his life some meaning decides to take it out on callers. DO NOT use this company if you must use a towing company, they devalue your brand image with their horrible attitudes and trashy composure.

STAY AWAY!!! Zero stars if possible. The lady answering the phone wouldn't give me her name, but she was the most rude individual I have ever dealt with. As if my asking questions about my car and the hours of operation were such an inconvenience to her. Then when asked for the total bill, she told me the separate charges, didn't add tax and wouldnt give me a total amount due, so I had to do her job for her. This place is outrageously expensive and sketchy! Stay away!

I called for a tow and Andy came out very quickly. He was very compassionate and got me to a shop quickly so I would have the best chance to have my car seen immediately. All around great service.

Lost a wheel off a boat trailer on 81 North heading toward 1000 islands. They picked up the boat and trailer and transported it to 1000 islands where I had it fixed. No issues with the tow at all. I paid for it but it was a fair price. No AAA on this one unfortunately. I would recommend them to anyone including my wife, kids, and mother.

Horrible scamming vultures. Tow people for zero reason and have zero souls or empathy. Charge way a ridiculous amount and make you pay cash and fees from their ATM. Scary and horrible people who profit off of scamming with other local businesses by towing vehicles unnecessarily and gauging people before they will release the vehicle. They should be out of business based on all the horrible reviews I’ve read so far.
