Such a cool place! Unique! The food was AMAZING! I had the smash burger and garlic parm fries and they both were so good. I was so excited to try it I forgot to take a picture lol . The shops were adorable! I bought the most adorable tie for my cat!!! Hidden gem.
We were visiting the area and a local recommended coming to “The Yard”. Turns out there are several businesses — really cool reclaimed area. We are here At Cafe Jarosz and the food was delicious. We got a tour and had a great time. We live in Montrose PA but love finding new places. It’s a drive . . . But we’ll be back.
Cute coffee shop with a few snacks to boot. Had their Mexican Mocha, which was pretty tasty, and a Ducati sandwich which was also quite good. Got there too early to check out the gift shop.
This is a small coffee shop with some snacks. It is named The Yard because it is on land that was the Manlius railway yard many decades ago. The building is parallel to where the tracks used to be and not parallel to the nearby road.
The coffee and snacks are ok. Nothing great. Nothing not good. The building has historical aspects but I wouldn't call it a landmark. I will visit again.
We stopped at The Yard, on a Saturday afternoon after a baseball game with a 9 and 10 year old. After looking at the limited menu, we decided to go elsewhere. There was really nothing that appealed to the kids or 4 of the 6 adults. Hopefully they will eventually have additional menu offerings.
The Yard has closed its Sunday market for the season. However, the coffee shop has plans to open in November. I hope the woodfire pizza oven in the side of a good truck gets fired up during the chillier months because I love the Yard's Neapolitan style pizza with fresh toppings and luscious tomato sauce.
