Worst experience ever. I had my car towed to them. When I called and asked how much to tow to Manlius (17miles away) they told me 594. I called back and asked for a price to tow 3 miles down the road. The guy said 4 something and wouldn’t give an exact price. He didn’t have his flatbed that day so offered to tow it the next day without an additional day fee. So I told them I had to work but would call when I had the cash for them to bring it. They called while I was at work so naturally I could not answer right away. Told me they were ten mins away. I went out to talk to them and they were so unbelievably rude. They were mad they called and I didn’t answer while I was working. So I had to leave work to get cash. When I came back he told me it was 545. So I mentioned how he told me 4 something yesterday. Of course he denied he ever said that. So of course I paid cause they couldn’t leave my car or take it back. So it left me no options. I mentioned that it didn’t make sense how 17 miles away was 594 but 3 miles was 545. They take advantage of bad situations, lie and just pull numbers outta nowhere because they know you have no choice but to pay. Terrible company. I could of been more understanding if they were so rude and called me a liar basically. I told multiple people about my experience and they all knew immediately who it was and said how awful they are.
On 3/11/24 I called AAA and after 3 and 1/2 hours this company responded with a flatbed to transport my vehicle to my mechanic. My vehicle had a broken control arm and no body damage. About an hour after my vehicle was transported AAA called me to inform me that the flatbed driver had damaged my front fender and my nose clip. After I looked at it I also see that my grill is cracked in three places. AAA said that they would file a complaint for me and claim so that I can have my vehicle fixed. 3/25/24 AAA notifies me that they will not be holding this company liable for damaging my vehicle because there's no proof. I gave AAA a picture of my vehicle where the nose clip is connected and the fender is in good shape with no damage to it. The picture was taken while I was waiting 3 and 1/2 hours. Bad business. Bad public relations. When you make a mistake you should own up to it. My vehicle should be repaired by the company that caused the damage. I have notified the Better Business Bureau.
Those people are as crooked as they come and the prices are utterly ridiculous. Unhelpful, uncooperative and totally out of line. My car was stolen and they recovered it then tried telling me that I needed to turn my title over to them in exchange for my simple request to have my plates back so I could turn them into dmv.
They were Called to have my vehicle toad to their location by a local police department. They were very easy to work with and very professional. The owner Even helped me by taking a form of payment that he does not take normly because I am a local resident and didn't want me to get further storage fees that I would be unable to pay. Most other garages would of just let me rack up a larger bill for their own personal gain. Would recommend them over & over again !!!! Thank you again for top notch service
Tow driver is very unprofessional and argued that validn ny plates were not vaild. AAA sent a different tow company and they preformed the job flawlessly and in 15 minutes for what quaily hill couldn't not and didn't even attempt to do.
Stranded when my partner's engine seized Will and Jerry came to tow us. We were on Thruway property and they couldn't so they called AAA to get the official tow company. They then waited to assure we got the help we needed.
In these times it is a rarity to find such professionalism and kindness.
The courtesy and empathy Will and Jerry demonstrated made a bad day a whole lot better.
When used for AAA they are good at letting you know if your car is under warranty and taking it to the dealership. Once out there they don't do anything else, they just drop it off. They don't fill out a paper for the car or put your keys in the drop box. Your car is sitting there unlocked. Other times I've gone there they've tried to charge me for things I didn't need. That last part was years ago, hopefully that has gotten better. I unfortunately am to afraid to try their service again.
I had to have my Harley towed today and I was very impressed with the care taken when strapping the bike down. They used special padded tie downs and were very careful being sure the bike was stable and nothing would damage the paint job. The staff was very kind and courteous. I highly recommend them for your motorcycle towing needs!
Very through and honest. Might not be the cheapest but you get what you pay for. Unlike most places now they don't steer you to buy what you don't need.
