Horrible company! I was in a car accident and my car was towed there. I went to get a few things out and let them know I was looking for a collision repair shop to tow the car to to fix, because they said they don’t do body work. When I called hater Christmas to arrange a pick up, they tried telling me it would be too much to fix because the owner hit a deer with his truck. Like trying to talk me out of it! They then told me it would be $1500 to get it and that price goes up every day! Almost $100 a day! I was in an accident and they are trying to either get me to pay a small fortune or they keep the car! They never mentioned that it would cost anything other than the towing charges. Horrible people! Horrible company. The owner told me business is business and he doesn’t care! This company does not care about people! Does not care if you’re in an accident! They only care about taking as much money from you as they can! And if that’s the case, I wouldn’t trust them to put a spark plug or air in my tire! Because if they can do that to somebody, they don’t care about the work that they do to your car they just care about how much money you can give them! And I spoke with the owner and his wife!
Avoid at All Costs
Blue Line Automotive completely failed to fix the original issue I brought my car in for, yet somehow still managed to charge me over $300. Communication was nearly nonexistent. I was contacted once initially, and after that I had to chase them for updates the entire week my car sat in their shop.
The work pace was absurd. Instead of actually diagnosing and repairing the vehicle, they worked on it in random fragments, an hour here, a couple hours there, with no urgency or professionalism whatsoever. There was no clear explanation of what was being done, and honestly, I’m not even confident the work they claimed to perform was actually completed.
For context, this was a 2011 Audi A3. Not a rare, exotic vehicle. Not “rocket science.” If a shop isn’t capable of competently working on an Audi, that’s fine...but pretending otherwise and billing customers anyway is unacceptable.
This entire experience felt disorganized, careless, and borderline incompetent. I left with the same problem I started with, less money in my wallet, and zero trust in this shop. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that values professionalism, transparency, and basic mechanical competence.
My husband and I had our vehicle worked on a couple weeks ago by them and it’s running great! Wonderful people, great service, 10/10 will be returning 👏🏼
Amazing people! Came in for an oil change had some other issues going on that they were able to fix for a fair price. I now trust them for all my car needs!!
Blueline Automotive is the only place we have brought our vehicles to work for years. Rob (owner) is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and cares about his customers. Veronica and Lily that handle the front desk are the best!! I highly recommend them!!!
Was out of town at the State Fair when my vehicle broke down. They were the only shop willing to drop what they were doing a fix my truck and get me back on the road. Professional mechanics and staff, highly recommend.
Rented a uhaul from this location. Something about ride sharing or truck sharing, and it's all done online maybe. No one was available to answer any questions about completing the process. Not really a knock in the automotive end of the business though.
Blue line towing is a scam. They will tow your car and automatically keep it for you from you for three days. They force you to pay three days at minimum to get your car back. Biggest scam by Blueline. They’ll pass you around and tell nothing but lies about getting your car or property
Brought in my 2015 GMC Sierra in for low oil pressure light. After getting charged 3.5 hours of labor, I was told my motor was blown. I had two options. 1 was a motor with 120k on it installed for 10k! 2, a reman motor with zero miles 15k installed. I guess a short block was out of the question. Way higher than anyone around. I then brought it to Gywnn's Auto, they replaced my blown oil pump and miraculously, the motor has been running fine since. I called Blue line to tell them about the issue. The receptionist said oh that's good the motor isn't blown. Wow
I was told there was metal all through my oil pan. Motor is smoked, main bearing blown is what I was told. Not because it was driven with no oil pressure. The dealer actually got the truck before Gwynn's. They also said it was just the pump but I wasn't going to pay 6k there to replace a $250 part. They said my oil pan was full. How did you determine there was metal all trough the pan without draining it??? And how did that take 3.5 hours at a cost of $450.
Horrible experience with my car being towed there also they closed the day my car came left numerous messages for them to call then over charge me because I feel of my ethnicity which is fine they have that right but ever recommended service for them

Take my truck, my wife’s car and my daughter’s car to Blue Line Automotive everytime. Great service, quality work, and fair and upfront pricing. I’ve used them for everything from tire alignment to getting the front end on my daughter’s car fixed, after she hit a deer. When it came to fixing my daughter’s car they saved me about $4,000, when compared to what a local dealership was going to charge.
Have used this business twice now and was treated very well. Always go above and beyond to make sure my needs are met. Very satisfied with both experiences.
Took them 2 alignments to get it right. The first time steering wheel was not aligned with the vehicles tires. Drove like that for 2 days then brung it back in to redo the alignment. After the 2nd alignment truck drove great but all lug nuts were smashed! When they rotated the tires. Loss of 50$ dollars to replace them, then i realized all 4 rims were nicked in 4 places! Each rim! Right through the clear coat! New truck 30,000 miles. No one cares how hard people work for there things anymore.
Absolutely will not find a more honest and helpful automotive facility in the region. Rob and his staff are honestly some of the best people on the planet. Don’t think twice about taking your car to blue line!
