Sold me the wrong bulb and went in to exchange for the correct one.. the sales associates were rude as heck.. never again! They must have a whole new crew of workers because I've never had issues before.

Thought i had a bad alternator tech offered to help with a test to determine that i only needed a new battery. Saved me tons of time and money.

Went in to look for seat covers. Dylan was exceptional and went well above and beyond normal job duties!! I hope you know what a valuable and knowledgeable asset you have in Dylan. We will definitely return due to his willingness to help and make you feel like you’re not a bother at all.

Border windshield wiper. Ask the young lady for most bang for the buck. She then proceeded to put it on the car. In 5° weather. You don't get much better than that.

Very helpful in purchasing correct wipers. They even put them on the car for me.

I went to AutoZone with a rim from my motorcycle that needed to be honed out because the Reese from the bearing burn into it and they told me you didn't even suggest me what I could do I want to advance Auto and a lady with short hair excellent worker brought me right to what I needed and it worked perfect he should be commended for her work and given a promotion in my eyes thank you young lady you did an excellent job it did work and I definitely commend you in if I own the business like that I definitely hire you and make you a manager

I had an easy and good experience recently. Both Joe and Cassie helped me with wipers for my new windshield and they were also installed. Joe was very welcoming when I entered the store and friendly and accommodating. Cassie helped me with an exchange in my 2nd visit as the initial wipers didn’t work well. The exchange went smoothly and Cassie went above and beyond to help me. Thank you Joe & Cassie for all of your help.

I had a "bad battery" with Autozone's warranty that supposedly tested as bad. Advanced Auto Parts tried it out and showed me the results, and were willing to leave it on their charger overnight. Worked like a charm! Very friendly staff as well.

My go-to place for my auto needs. And they give a veteran's discount.

Went in to look for a Tap (M12x1.75) and walked out with it. I then went back to Amazon and cancelled my M12x1.75 order.

They should work at Moe's before they work at advanced auto parts. No one notices you until you are on your way out.

Good service just don't like having to wait multiple days for the parts to get here not very often do they have them in stock

Very disappointed with advance Auto parts policy on returns. Bought brake parts never open them hurt my back was out of commission for over 60 days purchase was 90 days ago plus and all they would do is give me a gift card now I have a $500 gift card that I really don't freaking need in this economy

Online ordering process is messed up. Counter guy says the system is undergoing major revision. Nonetheless, guys at the counter are willing to help. I'm quite pleased with them, if not the system.

Said they do not obd test cars. Never have then claimed the other location only has the good scanner and that the scanner they have now was stolen. Very rude

Regards to the yorkville store. Bought a lugbolt and the cashier did not give me a reciept or ask if i wanted one, then tried to argue with me about it that he always gives out reciepts, well i always keep my reciepts they all go into a filing envelope in my glovebox.. and i definitely did not get one. Had a buddy with me that remembered i didnt get a reciept either. Was it really worth losing a customer to argue over a $4 reciept? Let them be the judge. Theres plenty of other stotes. Check those cameras if you dont believe i never got the reciept. Scuzzy. I was gonna come back and buy it back on monday too but now i might just go to pep boys or autozone.

Great prices on parts for your vehicle. You surely can't find prices like these anywhere around. Highly recommended.

Generally very helpful staff and the prices are much much lower than Autozone

Advance auto parts is awesome my mom goes there every now and then to get new windshield i love going there my self the employees are very nice

I went to get break pads and rotors for my car and George helped me out greatly. Big shout out to you for going above and beyond.

The people are very friendly the managers I can't remember her name she was very helpful I'm always going to go back and do business with them

I buy parts here often. Almost always have what I need in stock, if not they'll get in the next day

I took my automotive battery there to be charged & checked. A young lady was working there ( without a name tag, how unprofessional.) that didn't seem to know what she was doing. Long story, short, they blew up my battery. . Now I need a new battery. They owe me.

The people here were knowledgeable and they went out of their way to help me when they didn't have to.

This location is my favorite one in the area. The employees are always in a good mood, knowledgeable, and very helpful.
