Took touch in would not engage in four wheel drive, Robs took me on next day, found out wheel bearing and a loose wire, they fixed the problem at a good price, great group, very friendly and explained what had to be fixed, will be taking my vehicle there from now on. Thank you team at Robs auto.
went here for a smoke test because my check engine light came on for it, coded my own car bc I have the device only had that code. Brought it in to see what the issue was. They had my car for eight hours just to tell me it was the gas cap. Said they didn’t charge me for 2 hours and the test etc. I’m thinking well that’s good I guess I go to my car and turn it on. The vsa light was on and as I’m driving down the road the hood starts smoking. Turns out they punched a hole in my radiator somehow. then 2 days later the heater control valve just suddenly snaps. So I call them and they say “oh that car was all messed up when he brought it in” so no I do not recommend coming here and if you have any common sense when you pull into their lot you should see how shitty it is and leave. ?

Even during an oppressive heat wave these folks came through and installed a new AC compressor in our Crosstrek. Place is kinda hidden behind the OTB. Easy to drive right by and miss it if not paying attention.
We learned of Rob's Auto from Connie. We're glad we chose to take our truck to them for service. They knew what they were doing and saved us about $600 over the price we got from Lead Car. We will definitely go back to Rob's for our service. What a nice family to do business with. Support local businesses not those corporations with no personalities and only wanting the dollars from your wallet.

These folks are fantastic. Connie, Rich, and Rob. What beautiful people. They were patient, understanding, kind, humorous, and produced excellent work. Rob, the owner, personally attended to my car's extensive needs. The result exceeded my hopes. Grateful isn't a strong enough word to express my feelings. If you need real work done on your car, Rob's Auto Service will not let you down. Don't waste your time and money elsewhere.
On October I went in for a quote on a water pump and as much as it hurt me to do it, I needed it. I was informed of all expectation from price to labor to time it would be done so no surprise there. I am extremely happy with the repair and since its December now happy to say all is well. Look forward to going back.
DO NOT bring your car here!!!! They quote you a price but when you go to pick up the car they tack on ridiculous labor costs. Told us it was $50.00 for a "smoke " test. After the test was done they told us that that didn't include 2 hours of labor. Paid $260 and they still don't know what the problem is. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
Efficient, got my car in a reasonable time frame and prices were reasonable. Mechanics were knowledgeable. Great place to bring your vehical in for repairs.
Good guy to work with built me a muffler system that I'm happy with and didn't over charge me...a month later he rebuilt the steering and suspension in the front end of the same truck. He gave me a quote...got it all done in 1 day which I've never seen happen for the same job and he did it for $400 LESS than the quote! So from this day forward he'll be the ONLY shop working on my vehicles....if you have a problem and want it fixed right the 1st time without getting ripped off.....this is your guy! My truck drives like a whole new truck and I couldn't be happier!
BEWARE OF GOUGING AND RIDICULOUS WAITS!!! Twice I've gone here and both times they have done work that was not necessary or asked for only to tell me after it's already been done. I needed an inspection and new tires put on my car and they changed my oil and did the inspection TO THEN NOT EVEN DO THE TIRE THAT SAME DAY! I had to come back later that week for them to then finish it. That should have been red flag enough not to go back but it's within walking distance to my house so when I then decided to bring my car back there a 2nd time for new brakes, even tho I dropped it off at 9, was not only not able to finish be finished in a day but they also replaced the rotors which was never once mentioned to me! That's even after they told me how I had a (very) little bit of life left in my breaks yet rotors were not mentioned once. As a little added bonus I think they're up changing on credit card fees. I understand a lot of place have fees for using a CC but never once have I been charged a $40 fee!!!! Would not recommend if you value you time and money.
They can do just about anything always always such a good atmosphere they treat you like family and work hard on making sure the jobs done right the first time have never had a single complaint
The only place I will bring my vehicle. They know what they are doing, they get things done the right way. Definitely recommend this place without a doubt. The lady at the desk is a sweet heart. If you want your car done right go there you won't regret it.
Was recommended to Rob’s auto by a friend. Being from out of town I didn’t know anyone. They got my car in on the same day that I went there. And it was done the very next morning. The work was flawless, the price was good. They are very honest and I wouldn’t hesitate to go there for any repair. They are fantastic.
WONDERFUL people! Usually get ya right in and they don't rip you off. Very honest and up front about any questions you may have. Was quoted $500-$600 from Monroe Muffler to replace two brake lines and Robs did it for a quarter of the price!! Will continue to give them my business from here on out!! Don't see many honest mechanics nowadays but these guys you can definitely trust. They are a family owned business also-the woman that works the desk and answers the phone is very friendly and makes you feel very welcome. So nice to run into people that aren't rude and arrogant. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
