What an experience we had!! I got our riding lawnmower stuck in the mud and tried to get my car in the back yard to pull it out??? Well then the car got stuck in the mud and we could not get it out. I called Rockers and they came right away. They were a bit in shock when they saw how the car was stuck back there. After their careful deliberation, they pushed me out.
I cannot thank them enough for helping me. They were awesome, friendly and helpful.

Had an issue getting my car into gear only a mile away from my house, called and spoke with Bill who then FaceTimed me and helped me get the car into drive so I could get it back home. Extremely helpful and understanding. Thank you so much! I genuinely appreciate the help today!
Absolutely GREAT customer service. The communication was incredible. They ended up being a much earlier than expected but let me know well ahead of time. Let me know when they were there at the house to pick up and even when they dropped it off. Thank you Bill!
Car over heated, called and he was there within 15 minutes and towed my car home! Was very helpful and understanding! Was so embarrassed but he made me feel comfortable with the whole situation. Would definitely use them again in the future if I needed it.
I was in a very bad accident during rush hour morning traffic. Rockers was there within minutes and took care to make sure I got all my my personal belongings out of the vehicle even though the car was barely accessible after. The owner is personable and you can tell he really cares about his customers.
My car slid on black ice while it was snowing out and I ended up stuck in a ditch at 1am. Rocker's was the only towing open at the hour and came quickly and took care of getting my car out, and then also noticed that my car was not sounding right when I tried to go home. They ended up towing my car to the shop and Billy was kind enough to even give me a ride home bc no one was available to pick me up at that hour. I am so grateful for the excellent customer service, and exceptional kindness. I will always refer my friends and family in the area to Rocker's from now on!
Billy was a breathe of fresh air after a very hectic morning. He dispatched the truck and a very nice gentle named Jason showed up. He was very helpful and friendly. They are now my go too for towing!! Thanks for being so great

These guys are great! I was in a tight spot and needed help getting my truck out. They responded right away and were on scene in less than an hour. Im sure theyve seen worse but I was pretty stuck. The driver was able to get me out no problem, no damage to my vehicle- on the first go nonetheless. Highly recommended. When youre in a bind its nice to have reliable help and these guys are it! The guys were great ! Saved me from a dangerous spot on a fast traveled road late at night on a Sunday! The guy told me half an br and he was there in 15 minute's ! Great people right here !
I was far from home and got rear ended and sent to the hospital. They made sure my house keys and purse was given to the officer who had to come bring my License back. My car was put in a safe place out to the rain because the trunk was messed up and wouldn’t close and I had stuff in there. They allowed me to remove my belongings from the car and even helped me take the plates off. I had got rear ended a few months back and had a terrible time getting my stuff at another tow lot near where I live so I dreaded calling to ask to come get my stuff, I’m so glad that this company towed my car, accidents are stressful enough and the professionalism here made it all a little better to handle. My car got in an accident and they went above and beyond. They had to get a portable saw to cut a bike lock cable off so we could get a rear hitch off that I lost my key somewhere in the 300miles aways from home I drove. Very helpful, kind and quick.
Rocker’s was absolutely wonderful! I needed a tow from Syracuse to Verona- not only were they extremely reasonably priced, they were very responsive with all of my questions! My vehicle was picked up and delivered on time and with no issues at all! I will definitely recommend their services to anyone that needs them!! A++

Hit a deer in my new truck. The police called rockers as I didnt know who to use. The owner personally came out in a new truck, was very helpful, and answered all my questions. They dropped me off feeling like my vehicle was in great hands. I would definitely use them again but I hope I never have too lol
I needed my car towed out of my yard early the next day and rockers showed up earlier than expected they were very professional courteous and explained everything as they were loading my car onto the flatbed. With that their price's are very fair and I will not use anybody else in the future except rockers the next time I need a tow
After hitting a deer with my new car, the officer who came to my aid called Rocker’s to respond, and they were absolutely amazing. The truck arrived in less than ten minutes, and he waited with me for my husband to arrive, and he was kind enough to keep me informed as much as he knew as I navigated my way through the claims process.
