They thought they had a certain piece there, but it turned out that they incorrectly inventoried it. So they sourced apart from another junkyard and they sold it to me for the price that they said they would sell me their piece despite the other piece costing them more. And on top of this, they were all very nice!
I mean "Real cheap" used auto parts ask for AL he's great and if he does not have the part he will refer you to another auto wrecker who will have the part...
I call asking for help to find parts for my car and they were very good and helpful i hope all business and staff around could be as kind and helpful ...

worst place ever, called numerous time to confirm the quality and availability over the phone that the quality is like new as i was told, when i arrived the bumper was completely damaged, total damaged.

They stand behind what they sell. Bought a motor and unfortunately it was bad. Called them up spoke to Al and he replaced it. The 2 hr drive to do business with them was worth it.
No one was wearing a mask, except the woman who was cleaning. It was messed up. They had the wheel I needed, but it was a nerve-wracking to go inside. I won’t go back, at least until I’m vaccinated.
Been a custumer for 30 years, and they have the best parts. Never had to return any auto parts from there. Great customer service and best prices in all NY. Highly recommend them.
SAVE YOUR TIME and $$ !!! Stay away they sold me engine that by their account had 88k miles one it. After installation and running Suprise it had bad head-gasket. Upon running carfax for history of the car that it came from coupe months ago it had over 140k miles..
Great place. I needed a headlight for my car amd they had one great condition and a good price. Finding parking here is a problem so be prepared for that. Other than that its great. Nice people.
Great and personable service! I looked for 3 weeks for a specific rim and Anthony was in contact with me until he found the proper one. I’ve learned my lesson to never buy rims on eBay. This shop is great for finding specific parts.
The most incompetent people I've ever met. No professionalism what so ever. Poorly run service that only knows how to deter customers away. I had to call three times only to be yelled at by Al and told get the part elsewhere. I was told I would be assisted by Dave, but I was left waiting for 2 hrs never to hear back. I asked for the supervisor and they refused to give me his name. this joint is laughable!
They are no help at all. I recommend anything plus but here and I’m a mechanic. And I can tell you, yes mechanics do lie but not all the time. These guys just lie for no reason.
I just called about a minute ago and i told jiko that picked up the phone...im intrested on buying a automatic transmission..and he specifically said " you have to buy the transmission first before any transaction" and i said " how would I know if that transmission is as what you said it is and you won't even tell me where is it coming from" then " as a customer how would I know if it works or not I know you say 90000 on it but how would I know if you won't even tell me where it's coming from? No coment from other guy. So please people whatever you do dont do business with this person or even the whole facility. Thank you for everyones time. I hope you find this review helpful
Parts Are Us is the best auto parts business in the neighborhood and of course being open 30 plus years proves that. Great owners and very knowledgeable counter guys and very respectful. If they do not have your part, they will get it and get it quick! Open 6 days a week and are always open for business when all other businesses are closed. Definitely recommend this business!

Worst experience ever. Nothing but racist and unprofessional staff especially the idiot answering the phone.
Google says they are opened until 5pm called @ 330pm and was told they where closed and very rudely hung up on.
If you're closed don't answer the phone.

Bought an oil pan for a 2001 Integra GSR online from them and I was sent an oil pan for a different model/manufacturer. I attempted to contact them via Paypal and email but no one has responded. Would never buy from them again.
