Definitely my go-to spot. The staff are friendly & helpful. They always have a Fernway promo when you recycle + freebies +10% off every purchase, and their points system makes it even better.
I don't normally post reviews but I keep seeing a a crazy review on here and I just had to defend this store. If you don't know, this store is amazing! If you are looking for a neighborhood spot where people treat you great, they ask genuinely about your day, and are always willing to listen to your needs. They don't just sell you something, they find what you need. They are so knowledgeable and fun plus they always hhave great music. I'm not sure what this Mr. Riverheart keeps going on about but Julianna and staff are very sweet and kind. Some people just don't know how to take no for a answer. It seems like that was the answer and someone couldn't take it. No one cares she rejected you bro but your reviews are giving big creepy/stalker vibes. To the staff keep doing what you doing and don't let creepy crawlers ruin what you have.

Was surprised when I entered not expecting to find not only to find a variety of products but there's a little pool table and there's selfie and mirror pics you can take. I was impressed with the kiosk and there's staff who won't let you just wait around to ask a question. I went when they first opened and already customers were walking in. At the kiosk you browse products select what you want and submit the order. Then they call you when it's ready. That simple. If you're in the area you should really stop by. If you have no clue what you want but know how you want to feel. They will explain what's available no problem. Try the beverages too. I was surprised!! Thank you for a great experience. I'm sure I'll be back!

This place is amazing. All brands and variety of edibles. The personal is very helpful and amicable and they are always ready to help you if you need any assistance and knowledge about any brands or if need to know more about the products. Easy checkout and easy to pay. They have big tablets which you use to check the products and start your purchase. Very recommended. Always coming back to get what I need.
I went to pick up a new chamber for my puffco peak pro as it is very hard to find the atomizers in stores. I purchased the 3D Xl chamber which was not what I received after purchase what I received was a 3D chamber which is a smaller and cheaper model. After it was brought to the attention of the shop they not only gave a genuine apology, they also reached out to me to fix the issue. I was given the correct chamber and they hooked me up for the mistake. I will definitely be going back they are very helpful and genuine people. I am happy to buy their grass.

While this dispensary once offered decent service and was worth the occasional visit, my recent experiences have been disappointing enough to change my view entirely.
The menu is noticeably smaller compared to most other dispensaries in NYC, which limits variety. That in itself might be excusable if the service made up for it—but unfortunately, that’s no longer the case.
In the past, I had no issues modifying my online pickup orders upon arrival. I’ve done this several times here and at other dispensaries across the city without any problems. Now, being told that such changes aren’t possible raises questions: Are staff being dishonest? Are they untrained? Or simply unwilling to help? If it's the latter two, that points to a management failure.
To make matters worse, the store wasn’t even busy during my visit, so there’s no excuse for the lack of basic customer service. Disappointing overall.
Nice location, good selection, friendly and helpful staff. They have a point system, reasonable prices, the do charge an fee to use debit but you can order online, at the kiosk or with cash to save the fee.

Good selection at fair prices. But the payment process was complicated. While they offered credit card and debit card payments, those systems did not work. Moreover, their payment system defaults to a 20% tip indicated in very small type. Final insult is that the in shop ATM charges an eight dollar fee for a $200 max withdrawal. So come with cash.
