I needed stickers printed overnight for an event. The online process was super quick and it was available early morning before the requested timeframe. It was pretty busy, but the two gals working this past Friday afternoon were so nice and I appreciate their help.

WORST SERVICE EVER !
I called for a product they say they have it and I’m here and nothing anyone help me.
it looks like the store it’s out of stock and personal . HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Workers here are pretty hostile, they seem to be in a hurry and attent you hastily. Also, they also took the items out of the bag it came in and forced me to carry them in my hand.

There is terrible customer service here. I dropped off Amazon packages for a return. I was given my receipt and left. About 3 days later, I noticed that my items were still not marked as returned. When I went back to this Staples to ask about the status of my returns, I was rudely dismissed and told that they couldn't track anything or offer any help. This is despite my having my return code and receipt proving that I dropped my items off.
I was extremely disappointed with the dismissive and completely unhelpful service I received, especially because the store was EMPTY when I came in to make my inquiry.Dec 24, 2025 -
I needed to return a package to Amazon. I arrived at 6:45PM. They work until 7:00, but they were already closed.

If I could leave less than one star, I would.
I placed a pickup order for 250 business cards two days in advance because I expected possible delays before the holidays. After waiting the full two days, I even called ahead to confirm that my order would be ready. When I arrived at the store, the order was not ready for pickup.
The employee, besides laughing, didn’t offer any solution or assistance.

I had the misfortune of being in this staples for less than five minutes and walking out with a migraine. There were two small dogs continuously barking the entire time. The owner made absolutely no intention or effort of calming the dogs. The employees all spoke to the women, as if she were a regular and no one addressed the very loud dogs.

I had an odd request to fix a document before printing and the staff went above and beyond to help me. Maybe I shouldn’t be writing this review now because I can’t remember the younger woman’s name who helped me and I want her to get credit! Darn! But a couple of staff members were very helpful, so they deserve credit too. It was a Saturday in mid-October. Great people at this location in my experience!! Kudos!! And thank you!

Extremely Disappointed with the Service
I had a very frustrating experience at Staples. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. I came in needing assistance with a specific task, and not only did they show no interest in helping, but they also made me feel like I was bothering them just by asking questions. There was no effort to provide support or even basic courtesy. I expected much better customer service from a company like Staples, but unfortunately, I left disappointed and without any of the help I came in for. Take me back to Staples store #1106 but this time in Greenwich Village, Manhattan, New York City. Staples has always been "go-to" for my immediate need of printer cartridges as I despise paying for shipping & handling fees of online purchases and waiting days or weeks for delivery. It is now becoming harder and harder to locate a Staples brick and mortar store with online competitors dominating e-commerce. I have always been a customer backed by my loyalty card at the time of payment.
Customer service is efficient and attentive. I was able to complete my printer cartridge purchase with ease. Unfortunately, sales associates do not search for cartridge number that corresponds to printer model number as I remember there were a small booklet to flip and search. I entered prepared with my printer make / model and corresponding printer cartridge number. Price is aligned with plaguing 2025 era for inflation.Jul 06, 2025 -

I was treated very kindly by every employee here, the service was really nice and despite the fact that I ended up crashing 2 of their tills everyone worked their best. I hope that the hard work at the store is commended.

2 of the printing machines were broken, someone was finishing a printing job that had 15 mins left in the 3rd one. Asked lady in the printing section if she could print one short document (2 double-sided pages) & she sent me to the waiting line. If the majority of the machines are not working, they should let you print. This is how you lose customers.

I wish I had gotten the name of the employee at the print desk that helped me just now. I'm sure if the store/store manager sees this, they can figure it out based on the schedule.The employee went above and beyond with my print job. This store is a bit out of my way, but I would definitely come back here.

Imani greeted me as I walked in and asked me what I needed assistance with. She let me know how to get passport photos taken.
She was very kind when she took my photos as she gave me a paper towel to help me remove the shine off my face because it appeared too much in my photo. She let me see the photo on a large screen and choose which one I liked best. She also gave me the option to retake if I did not like the photo.Jan 20, 2025 -
It is just because I m mad about stationery I visit the place! If you need nothing do not hesitate to ask for help. These guys do not enjoy working this is obvious. They hate talking to people. That is just clear!!!

I went to the store first thing at 8AM to get this badly done label print job fixed.
The first associate I interacted with was trying to be helpful and had to wait for the print associate to arrive. He's what makes this a 2 star and not a 1 star review.
When the print associate arrived and examined the job, they didn't apologize and proceeded to blamed me for wanting to adding a border. (FYI I have a very similar print where the job was done well and with a border.)
The print associates attitude during the whole interaction is what prompted me to write this review. They were dismissive, lacked acknowledgement of the error, and acted the whole time like I was the problem.
When I asked to get the reprint expedited today, they said there was no way until tomorrow bc it's "too busy". It was 815 AM and the store was pretty much empty . It was a 220 label job - maybe a 20 min job tops that could have been handled on the spot. And this would be a a 5 star review and not a 2 star.
The cherry on the sundae was they dismissively said I could get refunded and then just walked away without any further acknowledgment or communication and just left me hanging.
It's so unfortunate of a situation because this is such a convenient location for me but I will avoid it at all costs.Sep 10, 2024 -

Love the location and it’s close to my home and my daughter’s school. Love the personal interaction you get when not buying online.

I came to do an in-store pickup of an online order for a printer. When the associate brought out the package, it was clearly very damaged. The manager explained it arrived that way, and took the initiative to ask if I wanted to take care of getting a replacement now. I agreed, and since there were none other in sto k at the store, the manager called the company on my behalf. Even after explaining in great detail my situation, anf all I wanted was a replacement sent to me, somehow the agent didnt understand what was wanted and walked us through on making this a return, which is what I didn't want because I had used a $15 coupon for my initial order. The store manager asked for the agent's supervisor, and even though I had to reorder the printer, the store manager put the order in for me really quickly. And on top of that, they even gave me a $25 coupon off my current order. Even though my printer is going to arrive later than anticipated, this Staples made sure I left satisfied with a positive store experience, and I would recommend this Staples to my friends and family based on their excellent handling of this situation.

Placed an order in store. I asked if they could do a rush job and they said "sure we can have it done in an hour."
I come back and the clerk said "we don't have your order call customer support"
I call customer support and they insist I screwed up and placed my order for a store in Philly. My email confirmation clearly states it's this store.
Put on hold for nearly 20 minutes and they tell me it was someone else who placed the order... After some more faff it turns out they DO have the order in the system they just hadn't started it yet. Just said "come back in an hour" again.
I understand screwups happen but own up to it. Don't gaslight your customers. Just say "hey we're sorry for the inconvenience. We screwed up"

This is the store I used to visit because it's close to my workplace so I think it is also my go-to place for passport photos.
The passport photo services were selling as $16, and you will get 2 photos. I asked the cashier how much should I pay for 6 photos. The cashier was not sure because it doesn't make sense to buy 3 passport photo services ($48) just for get extra 4 photos so she was very helpful to ask the manager what to do.
The manager just shrug the shoulder and said "well just buy 3 sets". I immediately left the store. I got $22 (8 photos) in a professional photo studio later.
Passport photo services are expensive because we are paying for the effort to set up cameras, lightning etc, BUT NOT PRINTING THE PHOTOS ONLY. It doesn't make sense to pay 3 times to get 6 photos. Even the cashier feels frustrated. I really appreciate her help.
Either the system needs update (provide more options to print out more photos with different price tags), or the manager should be more flexible and reasonable when it comes to the customer requests.Oct 26, 2023 -
I don't recommend this place. They don't give customer full information about the price of the service. I was only informed that it can be picked up next day or in two hours. When I ask the price They just told me that the lamination would be $4.75 each. However when I pay it, it was only $18 with 5 pages, with expertise fee$5 for picking up within 2h. It was not the same info I was provided. However, When I told them that I wasn't informed. The man who picked my phone probably the manager's attitude was rude, and didn't even apologize for not giving customer the full information. Hope they can provide better service and be nicer to customer when made a mistake.

Today I went to buy one laptop. Sales man keep forcing me to buy the accidental protection more than 10 times. I felt like they irritated me. I know they want to make some business. But they did too much.
