This salvage yard deserves 1/2 star. I own a 2013 crv which needs an engine. I Zelled the owner $1400. He has the engine delivered to my mechanic shop in Queens Village, NY for which the wrong motor was delivered. My mechanic took pictures of the both motors that was delivered as proof that the motors were the incorrect one. The order refused to refund me my $1400. I told him I will take it up with news 12. This is completely not a good way the owner to conduct business. If anyone our their is thinking of buying parts from Aalba Salvage, don't do it. They are totally dishonest. They Advertised as Aalba Salvage but also as PnP Automotive. If you see any of these name Run. Do not conduct any business at All with these guys.

Never buy from this junker, these people shamelessly steal from you. We bought a transmission from a Mazda 3 with a 6 month warranty. It was installed. It didn't work. It has 3 transmission codes and they never gave another one. Every time you call, they tell you lies. It's a bad junker

Very surprised to see the bombardment of bad reviews! I manage an out of state shop and i have NEVER had any issues at all working with these guys - sales guys are great as well as the delivery guys. They work with a purpose and are super attentive. Happy to be a repeat customer to this place.

This company is a super scam and maybe they do good business but I am sure they do shady business more, all the bad reviews are spot on, first time customer and having a nightmare of a time with this company, called up over a month agoand PAID FOR AND ENGINE BY CHECK THAT CLEARED !! First engine had broken valve covers and cracked intake, and was RESEALED on the timing case, called up for another one OJ salesman pretended he had no idea what I was talking about and said he would send another engine, 5 days later had to call up again OJ pretended he had no idea of what was going on, finally sent a second engine , we noticed this engine had been taken apart also, but not as bad as 1st motor sent, we installed this engine and it seems like it has bent push rods, does not turnover, when we checked the timing was off also, called up and spoke to OJ and now cannot even get an answer, owner or manager Domenic is Never available, OJ is rude and disrespectful he just yells at you and tells you,” you bought from a junk yard what do you expect “ WAIT FOR ANOTHER ENGINE, I’m not gonna keep installing bad engines !!!! They are now Refusing to give me a refund and saying it’s my fault and something we did in installation (hahahah) I asked if they test the motors they said they buy from Auctions and cars are hit while driving so in other words NO!! BUYER BEWARE THESE GUYS ARE SUPER FULL OF IT AND THEY USE THIER GOOGLE RESPONSES FOR THEIR OWN COVER UP ALL THEIR BUSINESSES HAVE AN F ON THE BBB WEBSITE!!! EVEN ON YELP SO THEY CAN SAY A MEAN 30 People, BUT THEY ARE RIPPING EVERYONE OFF THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTIES AND LIE ABOUT MILES AND AGE ON PARTS!!! They have no idea!! They will use and find any reason not to take responsibility CALL LKQ THEY ARE 100 on reliability I have contacted the attorney general of New York and ask anyone that has had a bad experience with this company to file a claim on the NYAG SITE.

The worst place to get an Engine!!! Totally unprofessional, liars and con men! I ordered an engine for my acura. I received a different engine that didn’t fit my car. I then called AAlba Auto Salvage and I was told that their driver mistakenly dropped off my engine at a different auto shop near me. They asked me if I can take the wrong engine that I received and go and swap it with the other engine that was at the other shop that was near me. I agreed to take the engine. When I got to the other auto body shop, I had their engine but they didn’t have mine! I once again called Aalba auto salvage con men and for the next few days waited until they found another for me. They obviously never had the engine that I paid $1,900 for! So a week later, my mechanic just received an engine. My mechanic told me that this engine has been opened and it’s missing several screws and sensors. I originally paid $1,900 for an engine with 67k miles. I don’t know what this new engine has? No information on the receipt. No vin numbers on the receipt. Nothing. This is by far the worst experience ever. Please don’t spend your money with these con men! You will regret it. I am now dealing legal action. OJ is one employee their. He just told me lie after lie. This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. A nightmare of an experience. Now I understand why that only accept cash. A bunch of thief’s!!!!!!
