I passed this shop many times, feeling one day I will bring my Porshe Cayenne in to get some sevice done. I started having a stalling issue and decided now was a good time to give this shop a go. No dancing around, no holding my car hostage, they gave me the diagnostic and the problem was solved in an impressively timely manner. They also noticed an exhaust problem, that had been on my mind. Problem was fixed. These guys know their stuff. I'm happy that I finally decided to use them and to find a repair shop you can feel good about. Thank you!

While the repair took a lot longer than anticipated. They did a fantastic job on my 1990 Jaguar. The car had a myriad of issues that ended up being a bit like “pandora’s box”. But they were both diligent and patient and they got the job done. Ultimately communication ended up being very good. And I give them 5 stars !!!!!

The guys at Eagle Nest are very professional friendly know what they’re doing. Chris and his crew helped me with my car, worked in my car and fix every issue it had. They went above and beyond to fix the issues they even fix a blown side maker light on my car that I didn’t specified to them to fix but they still notice it and when out their way to fixed it. I recently had a pre purchase inspection done at here for a 1999 Mercedes CL 500. Chris and his team were very honest about the condition of the car and what he recommended to have fixed. He spent time with me in explaining the condition. This is my first classic car purchase so I needed someone I could trust. After deciding to go through with the the purchase I asked Chris and the team to go ahead and fix the issues found during the PPI, even though this shop isn’t close to where I live. It just felt right and I’m glad I gave them the business. They got the repairs done and were transparent with pricing and timelines. They are experts in this era of cars and modern ones as well. Don’t hesitate in reaching out and bringing your car here.

I had originally taken my 2017 Audi A8L to another shop, but the work wasn’t done properly, and I was left with ongoing issues and a lot of frustration. That’s when I brought the car to Eagle’s Nest and began working with Chris. His professionalism, deep knowledge, and attention to detail were immediately clear. He thoroughly diagnosed all of the problems particularly issues with the intake manifold that the previous shop had completely overlooked and walked me through everything that needed to be addressed. Chris took the time to explain the repairs, kept me updated throughout the process, and made sure everything was done the right way. The results were beyond my expectations. The car now runs flawlessly, and I finally have peace of mind knowing the job was done properly. Chris is a true professional. an honest & diligent mechanic, who knows his stuff and is reasonable when it comes to European performance cars. I’m sure the dealer would’ve charged more than double what he quoted me. Even let me source my own parts. Thank you again will definitely be going to them again in the event I need service again.

This is one of the best shops I’ve ever been to on Long Island. The initial job was supposed to be a simple one. Discussing the install with Chris we agreed on a quote and the work began. But from start to finish it turned into something so much more than either of us expected. Despite the delay, despite staying late, despite the custom work that had to be done, despite nuts being missing. Not only did Chris and the team at Eagles Nest deliver. But they over delivered, making sure that even with the small things being off, no compromises were made with getting the job done perfectly. This is the only shop on Long Island I could give the keys to my car to and leave without thinking twice. Even with EVERYTHING that happened, Chris still honored the original quote. And believe me when I say it should have been easily triple what the initial quote was given the time taken, the tools and skills required, and lift use. I will come back for any and all needs for my car. I recommend anyone considering coming to this shop to come with confidence in their services, abilities, and skills.

From pre-purchase inspections and routine maintenance to diagnostics and big repairs they do it all. Always professional and more than fair. Super professional. I realized on my way to work that my inspection was outdated. Called Eagle Nest and they said no problem; dropped me at my office and had the inspection (along with fresh windshield wipers and key battery) all taken care of before end of day.

Wow! Until now, I had not felt confident about mechanical work done on our family cars. I was usually concerned that I was being oversold or overcharged or both. Fortunately, I was referred to Chris at Eagle's Nest. He is excellent at diagnosing your car's condition, he checks his work that the problem is corrected and his rates are reasonable. I am very, very grateful.

I did research and came across this shop and saw nothing but great reviews. I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee here for an exhaust install. Chris was very respectful and honest. His prices are very fair. I just got the truck back and couldn’t be happier. Everything from start to finish was excellent. The crew even helped load the factory exhaust into my truck. Very friendly shop. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with any shop. Especially a performance shop. They were 110% upfront with pricing which was very reasonable. They did quick and reliable work. I did a stage 2 tune and downpipes install on my c63s and they absolutely over delivered. No issues since having the car back for full month and have been loving my car all over again. They even offered to fix things along the way they noticed and thought should be addressed. I’ll be back there soon. ?️

First and foremost, I must say, this has been by far been the best customer service experience I’ve ever had taking my car to get serviced. Chris was beyond diligent, communicative and helpful throughout my repairs. I brought my AMG in with faulty fuel injectors and had all replaced. After picking up the car, the issues unfortunately presented themselves again. I reached out to Chris, late in the evening for assistance, and he immediately responded, suggesting I have the car towed back to diagnose. After thorough inspection, it was deemed that injector(s) were defective from factory. Thus, Chris, promptly replaced the injectors under WARRANTY, offered by his business. The car is now running fabulously. Thank you Chris and staff for taking such excellent, responsive care of my car!
