Should be 0 stars. Was a customer for many years when they were Jet Sanitation. Things went downhill fast when they were acquired by LIWS. No more family type business... just pure corporate greed. LIWS could care less about their customers. Customer service is non-existent. All they care about is locking you into a contract, charging as much as they can get away with, and doing as little actual work as possible. Do not be fooled by the fake 5 star reviews. Most were posted on the exact same day. Think to yourself, what kind of company would need to do this. Buyer beware.
This so-called garbage company is actually a fraud. They raise prices without any reason, and the increase will drive you crazy. I called three times, but the manager's response was that he had no idea. All enterprises should stay away from this fraud company.

Mucho cuidado con poner un tanque de basura para tu negocio con esta compañía, te cambian los precios y no sabes cómo y además no te explican que no lo puedes retirar por 5 o 6 años y si lo haces te cobran todos los meses faltantes como si lo tuvieras aunque cierres o traslades tu negocio, no te cobran una multa sino que completo
This LLC will breach their own terms in binding contract, feign negligence in any support inquiries with the customer, refuse to remove abandoned property/ lie to authorities about the contract still binding to legal agreement. and then proceed to extort; alienating away competing businesses via legal actions to bully their customers into loyalty.
