You dealer South Shore Jerr Dan can’t seem to Handel fixing our MPL 40 we been to there locations 8 time with no resolve a horribel dear for Jer Dan 👿👿👿👿👿👿👿 So here it is for the last tree months trying to get service on our MPL40 WEEL Lift went to my local Jerr Dan Dealer South Shore Jerr Dan 8 times was give worng info and lied to after a service Manger told me that they would order parts and get in touch they never did ! After Calling Jerr Dan HQ they call me They called me and Gave me Price on Parts $1500 & $3900.00 OMG!!! RIPOFF DONT WANT TO DO THE JOB Price for labor to R&R the parts. So i got a call From Dommanic from Old Bridge Jerr Dan a great Guy that i knew from Nassubaum Sales for many year he gave me quote sames as South Shore about $1500. and $750, to R&R the srvice department gave me appointment fo Feb 5th but my Jerr Dan eqipment final broke today I called Dommanic 2 time each time he transferd me to service where NO ONE Pickup the Phone left massages with NO return call after 55 years in the towing indusrty i have never been so dispointed as you just CANT GET SERVICE FOR JERR DANN equipment I would advice folks in the idustry NOT to buy theis equipemt YOU WILL NO BE ABEL TO GET SERVICE
