I had a lot of items that I needed to have removed and everyone from Junkluggers made the experience easy. Upfront pricing on the phone and in person was great. Eric and Jamal were phenomenal individuals that were able to assist day of. They went over the process and were able to take everything I had. I would highly recommend using Junkluggers if you have a single item or many items to be removed.

Booking was easy. Kevin and Robert were professional, explained everything before starting, alerted me of extra charges, worked quickly and efficiently. Nice young men who did a great job.

We just moved in to a new house and had a ton of empty boxes, containers bags etc. We hauled it all to the curb and found out that rubbish day was a week away! I googled quick rubbish removal and this company popped. I called and first spoke to Bernard who asked for a picture of the amount of rubbish I had so he could give me a price. Mike M. called back right away with a very reasonable price. They said they could be at my house that afternoon. They even called to confirm that they would be at our house at a certain time! Kyle (another very friendly guy) showed up and took it all away! What amazing friendly customer service and a great company to do business with. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a special pick up or rubbish removal. It’s So nice to see a business take such pride in their company!

If you are at all contemplating using JunkLuggers, I cannot highly recommend them enough. I had something tricky to dispose of - some quarter panels from a car - and they gave me a very fair price (cheaper and easier than dealing with it myself), great comms around scheduling and the estimate, were prompt (early even) and courteous. 5 stars easily. I called junkluggers to come by and pick an old fridge that was to big for my family to handle. They were originally scheduled to come at 12 but, they were in the area and reached out to me to see if they could swing by earlier. It worked out great. The guys that came we Jaison and Kyle, both guys were easy going and were able to move the item out of my basement quickly. The guys were in and out of my place in 20 minutes without a hiccup. Great service and great workers, I'll call in the future if i need a hand.

I was forced to close my business, thanks to ICE, and called Junkluggers to clear out my factory. The estimator was prompt and courteous and we arranged an appointment for clean-out. The two gentlemen arrived on time, did a fabulous job, quick and efficient, and couldn’t have been nicer. I double-super recommend them for your clean-out needs. The nicest people in every respect. On a scale of 1 to 10 these guys are a 12. The whole process from beginning to end was simply a joy. My Junkluggers (Eric and Gary) were professional and courteous. I donated 5 large heavy pieces of furniture that had to be taken down 30 stairs. From the initial phone call to sweeping up after all removed….5 star service all the way. Not one complaint. They came on time, fast and efficient and very pleasant to deal with. Eric And Yanni were careful and very organized to load as best they could to fill up every space of the truck ( which can save you money since based on volume) I would definitely use them again and recommend to anyone for a small or big job!

Lenny professionally & expeditiously prepared an in-person estimate. Although Junk Luggers was NOT the cheapest price I was quoted, Lenny’s follow through & compassion (the clean up was due to a “Sqatter Situation”) sold me on using Junk Luggers. Then, I was given an AMAZING team (Peter, Josh & Ceon) to execute the job. The team showed up ON TIME & worked CONTINUOUSLY until the job was done! Josh & Ceon worked like a fine oiled machine & I was surprised when Peter shared that they have only been with the company a relatively short time but is always happy when they are assigned to his jobs.
