Since last night I been trying to leave this review. But, I have to start by saying my experience was absolutely amazing. I was finally able to get my dream car — a BMW X4 M Competition in white with red interior — and the entire process exceeded my expectations. After shopping around at several dealerships, I kept running into the same issues: overpriced quotes and salespeople trying to tack on an extra $10K above the asking price. It was frustrating, to say the least. Then I found this dealership and connected with Andrew, and everything changed. He was a straight shooter from the start — the price was the price, no games, no pressure, and he was genuinely willing to work with me. My credit wasn’t perfect, but Andrew went the extra mile. He got on the phone with the finance team, worked through the numbers, and made it happen so I could drive off the lot in my car the same day. I truly appreciate the honesty and effort. If you’re looking for a dealership that keeps it real and takes care of you, I highly recommend coming here — and definitely ask for Andrew. Fair warning: his jokes are a little dry ?, but he’s an honest salesperson who gets the job done!

I had a very disappointing experience with Car Castle. They false advertise their vehicles and pricing, and when I approached them to clarify the information, the staff changed their story and started lying instead of being honest. On top of that, the customer service was extremely poor—unprofessional, dismissive, and unwilling to take responsibility for the misinformation. Rather than trying to resolve the issue, they made the situation worse. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for transparency or respectful treatment. Be very careful before doing business here.

My brother and I went to this dealership to see a 2022 Acura MDX A-Spec listed on their website for $35,000. We traveled far expecting that price. Once there, the salesperson Hamid (also called “Mike”) admitted the $35,000 price was misleading and used only to bring customers in. When we asked why the price didn’t match what was being honored, he became rude, told us to “stop being a smartass,” and dismissed us. Another employee then claimed the $35,000 price required 20% down, hidden in fine print that was never clearly disclosed. Staff gave conflicting explanations and behaved unprofessionally. The entire experience was dishonest and disrespectful, and their behavior completely ruined my day. I would not recommend this dealership.

When we arrived and asked about the price difference, he openly said that this is how they “bring customers into the store,” which is misleading and deceptive. When I questioned why the prices didn’t match, his attitude immediately changed. He became rude, told me to “stop being a smartass,” and raised his voice. He then told us to go speak to someone else in the shop. Another employee claimed that the lower price required 20% down, buried in fine print with “millions of words,” which was never disclosed beforehand. When confronted about the lack of honesty, Hamid panicked and tried to interrupt and block us from speaking to the other employee, then accused us of not being honest. To make things even more confusing, another staff member said Hamid was “separate” and didn’t work with them—which clearly didn’t add up.Overall, the experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and disrespectful. The pricing was inconsistent, the explanations didn’t match, and the staff showed zero hospitality or accountability. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone who values transparency and basic respect.

They list car prices very low to attract you. When you get there the listed price is nowhere near the out the door price. They would rather have the car sit for more than 60 days. They would rather lose the sale. False advertisement, I do not recommend.

There's a vehicle BMW that I tried to purchased from them, they have the car listed online for one price, they have a cash price and a finance price which includes all the fees, as stated online. When I called they said "That is not my price" and added another $10k to the price they advertised. Maybe it's because I am a female but this is definitely not the way to do business. I really like the car I am a widow and it works for my needs but the bully and hustle method is what has to stop. Wish we had someone to expose these types of businesses.

We had been talking with them for about 3–4 weeks about purchasing a 2020 GLE 350. When we finally decided to make the trip from Newark to Long Island, we met with the salesman and they ran the numbers. After keeping us waiting, they came back and said we couldn’t get the car. Instead, they tried to offer us a different vehicle, which we refused. I asked for the price difference between the car we wanted and the one they were pushing, but the salesman refused to answer. At that point, we decided to leave and ordered an Uber. Just as we were about to go, the salesman came back suddenly saying we were “approved.” I told him it was too late because we had already ordered the Uber.we were going to put a deposit down but they rejected it, they probably waiting for another customer on the same car Overall, the experience was unprofessional and frustrating. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Very disappointing experience. I purchased a 2023 Jeep Wrangler from Car Castle NY and was told it had a valid manufacturer’s warranty. Later, I discovered the vehicle was from Canada and the warranty was not valid in the U.S. The dealership admitted they were not aware of this but were unable to assist or follow up even after I provided full details and a formal complaint. I also had to pay out of pocket for a malfunction that should have been covered under the warranty. Buyers should be cautious and verify all warranty information before purchasing. — Alondra M.

Acura shore tried robbing me and I found the same car less mileage.Same price with no accidents. It pays to search around. And I would not do business with acura of bayshore and talk to your man Sandy.He's the guy to get you the good deal.

I came to this dealership just to “Look” and ended up buying a beautiful Audi. The staff were AMAZING! But the person that really made this experience painless was Sandy!!! I had a few issues that he told me not to worry about and that he would handle everything, and that’s exactly what he did!!! Beware of this dealer! They are complete crooks. They are only there to take advantage of those who wouldn’t know better. I called and made an appointment to see one of their vehicles. I spoke extensively to the sales rep to make sure the price listed was the actually price. I also told her I had already secured financing. She said they would work with me, but wanted a chance to compete with my top tier financing offer .When I arrived after driving over 3 hours, the rep was not there and I dealt with a new person who proceeded to let me into the car so I could get hooked into buying it. After that, when I sat down, they told me the price was not the price but rather it was 20% more. When I started to press the sales rep, he started to stutter. I read him the listing and it specifically said that the price is subject to a 20% down payment. That was fine for me. However, he tried to spin it into meaning that the price was 20% more, which he claimed was $39,000. The listed price was $30,888. We are talking about straight crooks here. When I pressed them about where the sales rep is that I spoke with, they said she was not there. Since I had booked it through a calendar invite, I called the lady back on the phone in the calendar invite and the phone rang in the office where I was sitting. They lied and said she just works in the call center. The level of deception and nonsense is ridiculous here. I wrote this because most folks do not go to such lengths ahead of time so I can only imagine how many people get duped here. Interestingly, the rep in the store told me that somebody was there just before me and ended up not buying the car. When I asked why, he said it was because the insurance was high. But in reality, it’s because that person was also not going to get duped. So I write this because we should all be supporting businesses that work with integrity. These people are simply crooks.

One of the worst car dealerships I’ve ever had to deal with, I would highly recommend anyone to stay away, this dealership will cause you lots of unnecessary trips, headaches, and a trip to the courthouse! I came here after coming across them online, and putting a deposit over the phone, after getting a pre approval. When I came in person, I was unpleasantly surprised that the dealership was some ghetto parking lot where they store luxury vehicles. They were very persistent, pushy on me not withdrawing my deposit, after the vehicle online did not match the description/photo in person. I decided to continue with them, after they covered the license plate/registration cost, and got me an approval. I should of ran when they had me sign 100 papers that bars them from any liability. 1 day after I drove off with the vehicle, the car had a dead battery, that took them 3 months to fix, and 20 angry phones calls. Then I had no plates and registration for 3 months as well, I was pulled over 10 times, and caused about 4 trips to the DMV. Then I go change my oil, and find out the vehicle was involved in a serious car accident, that was never disclosed to me, and now I am currently in a lawsuit with them. Then when you think it doesn’t get any worse, when I got a flat tire, and when I took the vehicle to get tires changed, The car didnt even bring its own tire key, not allowing me to change any of the tires and get home safely. So Now Im having to come out of pocket for things the car should of had. SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND RUN! No luxury vehicles is worth this amount of headaches, especially a vehicle that was promoted as $26k, and had me financed for $60k, USED! THE MANAGERS ARE PURE GARBAGE, they will sweet talk you into signing your life away, while the OWNER COULD CARE LESS. Then they have the only female there, picking up the phones covering their tracks.
