I had a flat tire on my utility trailer Friday afternoon.
I have been in need of tires, but I’ve been putting it off.
Turns out three of the four tires had the steel belts coming through where the tread should be.
I called Friday late afternoon. They had 14 ply tires (big upgrade from what I had ) right in stock. I dropped it off Saturday morning and picked it up Saturday afternoon.
Some of my lug nuts were stripped and were difficult to remove.
They called me and told me that they had a set of new lug nuts, right in stock they could put on for me.
I couldn’t be happier with the service and I’ll be on the road , feeling much safer Monday morning.
Very professional people here great staff they stayed working on my studded snow tires after hours on a Saturday to get the job done 5 stars all the way even left them a nice tip because they deserved it 👍
I recently bought tires and rims for my jeep wrangler and had issues with the tpms sensors at which they ordered oem replacement sensors free of charge, They were very friendly and knowledgeable in assisting me with my purchase and fixing the issue.
I called and left a message, and they called me right back to set up an appointment the same day. They had my tire in stock, which isn’t always common, and the whole process was quick and effective. Pricing was also considerably cheaper than other places I’ve gone to in the area. Great service overall.
The tire shop crew is amazing! I got a flat tire on the thruway during a long weekend and they got me right in and fixed my car immediately. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I had my dog who is scared of everything and they were very accommodating.
I discovered I needed new tires for my vehicle today. I stopped by The Tire Shop they gave me an appointment for that same afternoon and installed them while I waited. Competitively priced and I have always received super service, oh did I mention free tire rotation for the life of the tires. No wonder I don’t go anywhere else.
The guys there are great. Was in yesterday for a tire roars toon and an oil change. They are all so friendly. Every time I get something stuck on my tires they are pretty quick with helping me out. Been going to the tire shop since I got my first car at 16.
I went to The Tire Shop because I had a flat tire and they were able to get me in super fast for a new tire. Andrew, Nick and Ed at the front desk were all so professional and understanding of my situation and I’m so glad I was able to get my car fixed at The Tire Shop. I highly recommend going there if you have any tire emergencies… and they are open until 6pm!!
Tried to tell me the AT11 on my KO2s was the date code and that the tires were from 2011 ergo need a new set of tires… date code is 4 numbers on the other side of the tire and they are from 2019 and can just be rotated. Yikes. Also told me a few years back the tires I wanted on my Tacoma wouldn’t fit, went to Mavis and they went right on. Want to shop local but making it pretty tough. Buyer beware.
I’ve NEVER had an issue in 15+ years of dealing with The Tire Shop. Employees are polite and operate the business like it’s their own! Very good prices. Can’t beat the free rotation and balance with tire purchases.
These guys are great - very professional, they carried Tesla tires that no one else in the area had in stock and came through at the end of the day on a Saturday, would recommend to anyone every time.
2° and a flat tire. Had to have flatbed bring it down (thank you Roosevelt's for saving me, literally!) and they got me in pretty quick. All bays busy with others stacked up outside. Took a little bit but got me , fixed up, and on my way. Even got some hot cocoa. Not my first time with these guys and def won't be my last. They know their business, offer different levels of tires, automatically changed the valve stem, and got me back on the road. They even had a guy travelling thru that they couldn't get what he needed that day and helped him get a hotel room for the night. Don't know all the details, don't need to. How many places go out of their way to help out their customers??!! Not enough in my book! Thank you for the service and the hot cocoa... My frozen fingers thank you too!
The Tire Shop is one of the best businesses in the area. Reliable, quick service always. Competitive and fair prices, repairs are free on tires they install, and there's a reason they sometimes get busy-but still get you in quick.

I can’t say enough good things about the service I received here. They got me in at the last minute for an emergency repair; they were fast, friendly and beyond fair. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a tire shop.
If ever in need of ANY tire related issues, this is the place to go. I encountered an issue with my tire on my return home to CT. Just by chance I came upon Tire Shop. The ownership and staff immediately addressed my issue and made the repair and had me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. The compassion, concern and professionalism was second to none. I travel past Tire Shop several times a year. Going forward, traveling over 120 miles, I will go to them for any tire related needs. Well worth it!!!!!!
Picked up a nail in town and was able to get to the shop. They had me on my way in an hour. Very courteous, friendly, and efficient. My family that lives in the area has gone to Scott almost since he opened. Highly recommended.
The staff at The Tire Shop were extremely helpful to me, fair, and easygoing. They treated me with respect the whole time, when I am definitely less than knowledgeable and was also crazy stressed and had a ton of demands on my time. Their prices are more than fair, and everyone I have seen in the shop the couple of times I have been there have always been pleased with the service as well. I am grateful I found The Tire Shop! They have certainly earned my business, and I have already started recommending them to others!
This place was fantastic! Great quality service and extremely affordable. I was in and out in an hour. All of the gentlemen there were very personable. Some other notables are the vast array of complimentary coffee, tea and cocoas as well as an exceptionally clean bathroom and superb paper towels.
I enjoy letting people know when I feel they have gone above and beyond my expectations as a customer.
After getting a flat tire on the highway at the start of family vacation we very fortunately found this shop. Not only did they have us back on the road VERY quickly, but the staff was personable, professional, and a true pleasure to speak with. They had exactly what we needed to make our trip a success.
