Originally I thought they did a good job fixing my right bumper on my Honda CRV at Henrietta location and coordinating with insurance. But then after the repair aware that they did not do a thorough inspection under hood and my windshield wiper reservoir was busted in my accident and they missed it. Originally when I reached out they said they would repair, but then never heard from the company. I went another winter without access to it being fixed and reached out and no reply. I have 4 vehicles in family and 2 are teenage drivers. If I ever need car repair again I will not be choosing this company until they make my reservoir home as they should have texted everything during their assessment. From the accident my reservoir no longer held the fluid.Additionally, they did a paint job on the right side and told me do not go through car wash for a couple months. I waited 6 months and paint appears cracked at this point out from repair. I saved my original email about the reservoir.

Worse service ever. They had my son drop off his car and took over a month before he got it back. No updates in between. When called, nobody knew when the repair job is completed. I took my truck to Gerber and I got it back within 2 weeks and got an update regularly and the scheduled pickup.

The entire process was made very easy by the staff. I was picked within 10 minutes of dropping my car off by the rental car company. I was able to just leave the rental car at the shop when I picked up my car and it was returned for me. They kept me updated on parts and progress. Overall it was a very good experience and the body work was perfect. I would definitely recommend them or use them myself in the future.

Robert, the manager, is simply great to deal with. The location is clean, people are friendly, the staff are very knowledge. I had a car accident and I was fortunate enough to have house these guys. One of the most vulnerable feelings is when it comes to vehicle safety. I have had two very positive experiences at Crash Champions and know that they are committed to safety, fairness, and quality service. I hope I don't see them for a while; however, relieved to know where to go.

Excellent experience! Derek was so kind and helpful and just made it a much better experience than expected, we all know crashes aren't something we want to go through and repairs can be such a hassle, but they were sooo easy to work with. My car looks brand new again, couldn't be happier!

Top-notch customer service. I hit a deer. The damage seemed insanely comprehensive. Crash Champions made it easy to schedule my visit online. When I arrived, the receptionist quickly reviewed the info with me, took a look at the car, then gave me a useful overview of what to expect from the process including tips like: Don't forget to snag your EZPass, garage door opener and phone charger! She helped me through the rental car process and made it easy to return the rental by simply leaving the keys at the desk when I came to pickup my repaired vehicle. I received regular notifications throughout the process, starting with a projected completion date, then regular updates as the parts came in and services were completed. (The work was done with impressive finesse, and the completion date was so early that I saved hundreds when returning my rental car early.) There were some really nice finishing touches along the way too, like answering all my questions and concerns when picking up the vehicle (zomg, went a long way in easing the anxiety experienced around losing my vehicle for a time after the crash), printing a second copy of the bill so I could stick one in my records and send the other along with the certification required by insurance, and exceptional after-care in answering questions that I had a few days after completion. Absolutely exceptional! I highly recommend.

Crash Champions provides great services! They will get your car fixed up looking good as new in as minimal time as possible! They also have me a free interior vacuum clean which was nice to look at when I got back my ride compared to when I first dropped my car off it was a bit crumby on the interior. But overall I rate Crash Champions a 10/10. I brought my car in with major driver side collision damage, my entire driver side front end was completely smashed in and marked up with the door only opening halfway. When I came back after the repairs it was as if I never even got into a collision, that is how great of a job they did! Thank you Crash Champions for being the ones to reliably fix my vehicle and also doing so in a timely manner as well with precise time estimates as to when the vehicle was going to be ready for pickup!

Accidents can be super stressful and the repair process can be long. Crash Champions made the process as stress-free as possible. They helped take care of everything along the way, from a rental car to communication with the insurance company. Their employees are top notch and service is great. Love that I came here for my repairs . They were very helpful and fixed my car to brand new and I couldn't be happier . Especially because I have the worst luck with cars and mechanics . it's nice that my car was in trusted hands and was able to be repaired even to better then what it was before. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Derik and Shawn when our car was in a fender bender a few weeks ago. My husband was in the hospital a day later, not related to the accident, for 5 days. It was a very stressful time. Every aspect of this encounter was made effortless due to their professionalism and constant checking in with updates. The rental pick up was convenient and seamless. Not to mention the pristine repair of our vehicle! In a world where anyone can go anywhere; good works deserve good words!

I had a car to pick up after repair at the last minute right before closing. The plate number wasn't properly secured, but the technician got right away to fix it in a few minutes. Overall, it's one of the best places to get your car fixed. Repair speed 5/5 Got my car fixed in 2 weeks. Communication 5/5 Technician and representative were respectful and welcoming to me and answered my questions and kept me on track when car will get fixed.

I just picked my car up from this location after having repairs done after someone backed into my car, they did a fantastic job and in a timely manner as well, I couldn’t be more pleased with them. I would recommend them if anyone asks me where they should go for repairs. Derek was awesome and kept me in the loop the entire time my car was there. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. Lacked transparency when caring for my car. When asked questions, although they had the answers, they were not upfront and honest about issues with my car. When I came to pay for my car, nobody expressed that you couldn't use cash. They wanted to run my card more than once for the same transaction. Their practices are shady and leave you not trusting them. I'd never recommend or go to them. Firestone handled my car with care and was honest and upfront regarding everything.

I have brought my vehicle to Service King twice, and have been impressed both times. They made sure to keep me updated about the progress of my vehicle’s repairs. And additionally, which I find as a nice touch, my car has always been returned cleaner than it was before I dropped it off.

Seamless experience with Service King employees relating to repairs due to my accident claim. Prompt & professional service. They kept me updated with progress on the repairs without my having to ask. Was pleasantly surprised my car was ready a day before expected and my car had been detailed outside and inside! Took my Tesla here because it was the only certified repair place in the area. The person I talked to Ian was great. He was very knowledgeable gave me an estimate and about how long it would take to complete. He was spot on. Got my car within the time he said. The only criticism I had is they did not charge my car after it was done so my battery was bit low. The workmanship though was great. Would use again!

Just had my Tesla Model 3 repaired at Service King. The paint work and rims look amazing after the team worked their magic! I really cannot say enough good things about this Service King! Their customer service is second to none. After being in an accident thanks to the wonderful icy Rochester weather, my car was in need of extensive repair. John the tech/rep that handled my car was amazing. It was a major weight off my shoulders to receive his twice weekly calls letting me know the progress of my repairs and reassuring me that it would look good as new. Everything was handled quickly and efficiency. They even let me drop off my rental car with them and returned it for me. This was my first accident in over 10 years and needless to say it could of been an extremely stressful situation. Service King took the majority of that stress off of me and I cannot say thank you enough for that. Oh before I forget to mention it, my car honestly does look as good as new if not slightly better.

I've been doing business with Gates Auto for about 3 years now. They don't stop growing but you couldn't tell from the customer relations - Mike and Bob over in Henrietta have always been there for me and have been extremely accommodating. I'd say you get the quality atmosphere of a major dealership with the quality service you'd normally find in a small shop. Shuttle service is very convenient. My only regret is getting a lease for my second vehicle instead of another car that I can take to Gates. Keep up the great work guys. Regarding reviewers being "sold everything" - Mike and Bob have never had a problem sharing their professional opinion of urgent vs hold for repairs and service. We've all had tight wallets and I've always felt customer loyalty and safety ranked higher on their priorities than volume of work performed.
