I am very grateful to Auto 911. I was on a trip to Rochester in August with my family, and a piece of our car fell off when we got to our hotel. I took the car over to the shop at 8am with no appointment -- worried that the car might not be safe to drive -- and they put it up on the lift right away to check it. We were able to continue with our trip as planned because of their incredible helpfulness!
George and bob seemed very friendly, took my car in for some issues and an inspection. Told me the car had no issues even though I knew there was more wrong. Took it back in again a few weeks later, and they confirmed that what I said needed repairs. Gave me no quote, or any interest in doing the repairs.
I had a warranty. They told me they would make a claim, but they never did. Wasted time going back and forth, I was told again they would submit a claim, and they never did. Basically, instead of saying they didn't want to do the work, they just blew me off. Very unprofessional. And wasted so much time from a short warranty.
We were on the way to Niagara Falls when our heat shield popped and was just dangling at the front of the car, dragging on the highway. We took it to Auto 911 and in just a few minutes, they took it out. Attitude of the staff is also friendly and amiable as well, highly recommend!

Auto 911 went above and beyond! Nobody really enjoys having to take their vehicle in for auto repairs and these guys performed some major surgey on my vehicle and took the time to hear my concerns and addressed the issues that the car dealership completely dismissed. They had to pull out the engine to complete the work but it was still done on time as promised, and at a price that blew away the dealership prices. They also made sure to follow up on my repair, my vehicle now runs without issues or noises. The staff is extremely professionial and courteous. Highly recommend!!

Best shop in Rochester. George is very honest and helpful. He doesn't cut corners and walks you thru everything making the experience very comfortable that you're not being ripped off.
Very open and honest. Owner is always on site and walks you through what is wrong and why things need to be done. For my older vehicle, I trust them more than the local dealership garage. Prices are reasonable compared to other places and I have never been asked for them to do work that wasn't needed.
Make sure you call early because appointments can be difficult to get since they have a lot of business coming in.
My check engine light came on, so I went to Auto Zone to find out what the cause was. I've had bad experiences in the past with auto repair shops so I always stop there first to understand what the issue is. Auto Zone referred me to Auto 911 for repairs. George and the team were so friendly, informative and accommodating. Within a few hours, my car was fixed and for a very affordable rate! Highly recommend!

I’m not a car person so idk what the problem specifically was, first place I went to said I needed the whole exhaust fixed and then second time I went they changed their quote to only certain parts including cylinders. This place was straightforward and honest about what I needed, no extra bs to swindle some extra cash out of me. Very sincere service!

The air conditioning was not working in my 2017 Chevy Impala. After talking to a dealership, they said that my car was out of warranty so I took it to George to take a look at. George did the troubleshooting and thought it was a leak in the core but then George researched on line and found that this was actually an issue with 2017 Impala's. As a result, George recommended that I take it back to the dealership and even printed out what he had found along with all of the diagnostics that he did. As a result, the fix was covered and saved me a great deal of money. He really went above and beyond and I am so grateful!

Great place to get your car fixed. Went in with a broken clutch in my 2002 mustang. Left it at their shop late at night and got a call the next day saying it was fixed and ready to go. Runs like a new car. Very pleased. Lowest price in Rochester for my repair.
