I wasn't a customer, and wouldn't be if you paid me. I was the one who had to deliver there, and it was a miserable nightmare in the winter. The Car Quest stores were supposed to keep their lots and delivery areas clear of ice and snow, and this is one of the places that didn't do it. Ever. I would constantly get stuck on the pavement because it was covered in crap, finally ending up having to unload and carry everything in by hand, piece by piece. Same thing with the returns, break down the pallet and carry THAT out to the truck, piece by piece. We all quit the same month because of these pieces of garbage and the way they treated us.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service. I had parts I needed to return and they told me that they couldn’t because it wasn’t their part. Yet- the part is a NAPA part? Trust autozone, they’re better.
This is a business to business review. I own a car dealership, and these folks are my first call for local parts. It’s literally like the 1990s… You call, a pleasant competent person picks up the phone, tells you what do you need to know, hangs up, and then the parts arrived as promised. The correct parts.
More of our country needs to do business like this. I repeat: pleasant, competent people who keep their promises and do their jobs correctly. God bless!
Now branded NAPA. The people running this store are great. Very courteous and knowledgeable. Competitive pricing. I have been here a few times now and will return.
The Brockport staff is wonderful! The store was busy but the staff was calm, friendly, fast and efficient. I will be using this location from here on out!
I had an issue that they spent some time patiently researching for me. The folks here seem more knowledgeable than those at your typical boutique auto parts stores.
