Ordered what I needed on line and picked it up. The folks at my local store are always helpful and knowledgeable but the web order was also very easy and accurate.
Helped a College Student with her Battery Change and the Guy helping Us was Okay I guess. Didn't like the Fact that he was trying to talk her into Purchasing the Most Expensive Battery, when all she was asking for was the EXACT SAME BATTERY that was in the Car already. I work for AAA, and advised her that she Doesn't have to buy the Most expensive Battery, when Most Cheaper Batteries are Covered for FREE Replacement for 3 years. Just have to look for the Little Sticker on the SIDE of the Battery with the 'Date'(Month/Year) on it. Keep that in mind EVERYONE.
Definitely better than a lot of auto parts stores. They don't treat you like a moron because you didn't call a part by its "proper name" on the screen in front of them. They'll give you good advice for parts that are better quality and what their experience with products you're considering for purchase. Friendly and helpful. Only four stars because of miss ordering of a part so I couldn't complete a project in the desired time
Always seem to have to wait a long time when I go here. Last time I was there, I waited for 15/20 minutes and two customers somehow got in front of me. Even though I was there first and I had already spoken to the guy at the counter. Instead of helping me he continued to help people who walked in after me. Very annoying. I eventually put the windshield wipers down and walked out. I ran in to buy windshield wipers. Not going to wait 25-30 minutes to buy windshield wipers.
Absolute best place to get car parts. They went above and beyond to help me. Very impressive workers I hope the company takes good care of them because they deserve it and more. Thank you.
The employees are super helpful. Comfortable atmosphere. This is coming from a jackass who doesn't know a carburetor from a flux capacitor.
However, they are (at least now) the type to close early, so that's a no-go for me.
Paid just over $60.00 for a part here. An auto shop wanted to charge me over $267.00 for the same part!! Great people there. Hats off to such helpful honest employees.
I waited a half hr outside store for it to open.Guy tried to sell me a 250 dollar batery. Had me go out and measure my car, which was fine cus he needed the size. When all is said and done its been a half hr. Then he goes do u want it installed. I said yes. He said he cant.... yet the signs clearly said free instalation!!!! Left tried to go and batery wouldn't start I asked him to come out and jump my car.
I'm practically a regular, and the guys here are always gungho to help out. They even try to keep you as a loyal customer by matching prices and giving you the best customer service of any auto parts place in Brocport.
the place across the street kept selling me parts for a different model of my car after replacing my calipers 3 times i came here. it may have cost a few extra bucks, but they askes the right questions to get me the correct parts and 25k miles later breaks are still great. ty everyone at the brockport store
Called to the store in Brockport for three days on and off for a muffler. Finally answered for a friend and put him on hold for twelve minutes only to vaguely explain we would have to wait to get one in for more money that your competition. NEED TO ANSWER YOUR PHONES! And be more professional when you do also.
