Absolutely THE BEST customer service! So helpful, so kind, so friendly, so thorough. Their generosity is unmatched in today’s standoffish world. They are hands on! They have patiently helped me navigate through today’s technology several times. Never let me rent a UHaul without reminding me to get the extra insurance, which saved me all the hassle when I actually needed it. Ran a diagnostic test on my car to identify why my warning lights were flashing. They have been a consistently reliable resource in our community. I’ve gone to other auto parts stores and NAPAs, but there is no comparison. Can’t thank them enough for all they have done for me over the years.
Stopped by here in somewhat of an emergency, my alternatator belt was coming apart. Not only did they have what I needed, they let me fix it right there in the parking lot!
