Dropped my car off for an alternator replacement - overall, it was an okay experience. The pricing was reasonable and the service itself was decent.
However, they broke my dipstick, which delayed getting my car back much longer than expected. I also requested an inspection, and it failed for a few reasons. One of those was that the rear brakes were supposedly “metal on metal.” I ended up doing a full brake job myself later that week, and that clearly wasn’t the case. It felt like I was being upsold, which came across as dishonest.
I also picked up my car after hours and it was completely dead, so finding a way to jump it was annoying.
I won’t be going back.
Well, I was referred here by a friend of mine. I brought my car to check on some rattling noise whenever i drove over bumps / uneven roads etc. The person who drove my car to hear the noise was non-communicative. I sat on the passenger seat and tried to explain about the noise and he did not speak a single word to me. I wondered if he was deaf. I am not kidding. This is how the guy reacted. He then took the car inside the garage and within 10 mins the front desk called me and asked me to pay 100$. The whole process took 20 mins. I was shocked that they charged me 100 for not doing any repair. Just to drive around and then tell me to change everything. They gave an estimate for 2500 to 3000 telling me they need to replace shocks, struts and the whole thing on both front and rear. I paid and took the car to another repair shop and the the other shop charged me 200 and fixed the issues and the other repair shop told me they just needed to replace the links. Giving this place a 1 star - for being completely rude and their non-communicative attitude and for quoting an outrageous repair cost telling me i need to replace everything. They did not do any proper diagnostics and the 100 $ paid was of no use.
This is a fantastic place for car maintenance and repairs. Estimates are accurate and honest. The reliability draws many customers, so it can take awhile to get an appointment. However, they have helped me more than once with urgent issues. Everyone I've met there is friendly and courteous.
I don't normally leave reviews too often but these guys are good at what they do and competitively priced and willing to get you in as soon as possible and get you out as quick as possible well doing a good job and inspecting other parts of the vehicle on things that may have been overlooked in the past and need to be done. It's not like they're forcing you to fix your vehicle but they're at least letting you know what's going on with it. Thanks again guys...
Is now my repair shop for all of my vehicles needs. They are easy to work with and listen to your needs. Will go extra mile to make sure you have the best service.
Great little shop, we make an appointment and leave the car there for the day. It is done by end of day. Fair prices, great service and Jim and the gang are fantastic!
