Went to Bridgeland on Thursday night after work to test drive a vehicle. Jimmy and Tony got me on the road within 5 minutes of arriving! If you want that family feeling and not a pushy salesman I highly suggest Bridgeland as I am a proud new owner of a 2019 ram 1500 sport not even 24 hours after test driving!

My husband Matt and I came in to pick up the truck, it was a great experience. Mark had everything set and ready to go. We had some great conversations and the kids had fun. He helped us through our insurance issues to get us out the door. Thank you Mark for all of your help and a great truck!

This place was great went above and beyond on customer service. All my questions were answered and they helped me find a great truck at an awesome price. Highly recommend checking them out will definitely be back in the future thanks again fellas, big shout out to Jason Allen and Joe Griffin.

I had the experience of working with Jason a. Jason was awesome from the very beginning and never gave up until he put me in the right vehicle. This is my second time going through this company, but my first time working with Jason personally. 10/10 recommend for both the company and Jason himself.

My experience with smooth and quick. Jason worked diligently to get me into my dream car and had me driving it away in only a few days. I’m super happy with my sales guy and the Bridgeland auto team. MATHEWS HYANDAI ON EERIE BOULEVARD——If I could give a negative rating, I would. This place is beyond unorganized and completely dishonest. I tried calling multiple times with no answer. When I finally received a call back—after previously speaking with Scott, exchanging emails with the so-called manager, and providing my phone number by both email and text (which we had already used to speak multiple times)—I was told they “couldn’t reach me” and that another woman answered when they called this same number. Funny, considering they never attempted to contact me. After speaking with Scott, I agreed to tow my car out and pay the service fee. He told me the total was $189, then later changed it to $189 per hour without explanation. While I was waiting for the callback he said he was making, I suddenly get a call saying they’re going to “forget the bill” and tow my car out anyway. Absolute insanity. I was born at night, but not last night. I waited MONTHS while they continuously put off even looking at my car—it took them nearly a month just to inspect it. I had to repeatedly call just to get basic updates. This business operates on manipulation, contradictions, and scare tactics. Completely unprofessional, misleading, and predatory. Beware and think twice before trusting them with your vehicle. I found a far better deal elsewhere and dodged a massive bullet. Disgusting experience

My experience at Bridgeland Auto Broker was amazing. My son and I not only met an incredible salesman, but a great new friend in Mark. He made our experience very comfortable, not forced. I was extremely anxious, but he turned it around. His work ethic was kind, funny, calm and patient, especially with my indecisiveness. I finally took the plunge and got my pretty girl, she's a beautiful red Caddy. I'm still working on her name, so far Scarlett, Ember, also Sansa (redhead) or Arya (fierce) from Game of Thrones 🤣hahaha!!! Coming from Connecticut Bob was very accommodating for show me a video of the vehicle inside and out was very thorough with the paperwork and very knowledgeable about the vehicle and a very nice person to deal with the dealership is a good dealership and I would recommend it to my family and friends or anyone that I know is looking for a vehicle thanks again, Lorenzo. Came all the way from Connecticut with my father to pick up his new bronco. The sales representative Bob was absolutely amazing made us feel right at home and even took us for a quick tour around the area. Overall a fantastic experience here oh and did I forget to mention they have an Optimus Prime Statue in their showroom!!!

Had an absolute great experience at Bridgeland motor! Being from out of town, I was browsing their website and found the vehicle that | liked with the options that I liked, but that price was just out of my range. I worked with Mark B to get it to where I liked. This took a little over a three day Period. Which he graciously took time and a chance on an individual he did not know just over a phone call. I made the trip down from Watertown New York met Mark B and had a great vibe from the beginning Mark B walked me through the purchase, options and it was a pleasure of an experience. Mr. Jason Allen is the man. I traveled 2 hours to get to their dealership and he was patient, helpful, and showed a genuine care for my situation. He went above and beyond to ensure I left happy. Left with a vehicle that felt so new, I thought it had 0 miles on it. The car was pre owned but it was the cleanest car I’ve ever been in. Terrible business. i bought a $41,000 mercedes with a ripped dashboard. They put adhesive glue on it instead of replacing the part as the general manager Finnegan promised. Transmission issues reported and dealer refused to send to mercedes dealer to get looked at . I just bought the vehicle , they put a scratch on it while looking at issues. Terrible service, and bad businessman. Refuses to give me the owners contact info. Very bad customer service. sad

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Bridgeland auto. I just purchased my jeep from them in October of 2025 which has a package that is suppose to cover bumper to bumper and a warranty. Shortly after, I had to bring it back due to the vehicle not starting. They have had my vehicle since Tuesday of this week and never gave me a rental. What made this experience so much worse is EVERYTIME I had to call for an update, more charges were added to my bill. Initially, I was told they needed to charge my 12v battery, replace my stop/ start battery, and do an oil change (which i was told is free for 5years and now I have to pay). All of this totaled around $600, which was already unexpected so soon after purchasing this vehicle. Then today I received another call stating they are charging me an additional $225 because now that the battery has been replaced, the vehicle needs to be re-programmed. This was NEVER discussed or disclosed to me when they told me the battery needed to be replaced. Had I known this would result in an extra programming fee, that information should have been shared upfront so I could make an informed decision. The lack of transparency, poor communication, and continuously increasing costs have made this experience extremely frustrating and stressful. When you buy a vehicle, you expect honesty and clarity especially when it immediately needs service. Unfortunately, this was not my experience and I CANNOT recommend Bridgeland auto based on how they handled this situation.

Had the pleasure of dealing with the vehicle salesman Kevin. Kevin helped me throughout the whole process and was available whenever I needed to call him. Kevin made it very easy for me regarding the paperwork and getting everything switched over to the new vehicle I purchased. The rest of the staff was also very helpful and open to negotiations regarding the vehicle I purchased and also the vehicle I traded in.

Jason made the process pleasant and was very helpful. The communication was top notch and im so happy with my new car. There was no stress during the process it was easy breezy. Long story short we bought a Tesla that had some issues and should have been totaled out before Bridgeland Auto Brokers sold us the car. After finding this out they did everything in their power and beyond to make it right. unfortunately this process took a very long time and our patience’s was tested as it was a very hard thing to pay for a vehicle for over 5 months that was not in our driveway, but it all worked out with them getting us a replacement. We are grateful to Bobby D our sales guy, the service person Courtney and the Boss Kyle for having integrity and staying true to great business principles and making it right!!
