Nas was truly amazing. He checked my battery, helped me decide on a new one, and installed it outside in freezing cold weather. At one point I mentioned that Carhartt jackets are incredibly warm, and he casually said he has one but isn’t allowed to wear it because it isn’t the “correct color.” He didn’t complain or make a big deal about it he simply said it, and moved on. He was outside working on my car for at least 10 minutes, in 15 degree weather, and remained kind, professional, and positive throughout. His work ethic, and dedication really stood out. You have a wonderful, employee, and I’m very grateful for his hard work. I’m the one making a big deal about the jacket, because I genuinely think it’s concerning. I work in Healthcare field and this weather is no joke. No employee should be prevented from wearing a warm jacket in freezing temperatures due to color rules or whatever the other reason are. Their health, safety, and well-being should always come first. Thanks again Naz you are amazing.

Advanced Auto on empire Blvd has a very happy,energetic employee by the name of Trevor. Trevor was very resourceful,professional and polite. Trevor offered to help me put air in my tire on his break and I was very thankful for his help.

We went in today to buy windshield wipers. 3 employees were working but all too busy to help. Couldn't even take the time to acknowledge us or apologize for the wait. After waiting 10 minutes and asking for help again we get a very curt response that they had computer problems. Took our business up the street. What a waste of my weekend!

Went in with a dead battery after calling the Ontario location and being given the wrong information thankfully they managed to help me out and replace my battery. Would definitely shop here more than the Ontario location.

I went in and had no idea what wiper blades I needed. There where 2 gentleman working Robert ( he went by Rob) and James. They were very helpful and got me the right wipers I needed installed them and I was on my way. Thanks again

Super helpful staff and quick to get my new 12 volt installed. I called ahead and when I arrived, Trevor had already pulled out my options for me and explained the warranties and which would be a better investment. Immediately installed and got me back on the road.

I just stopped at this location and got ZERO help. The 2 gentlemen (i use that word in the loosest way possible) working were much more interested in listening to the Bills game than performing any kind of customer service. While 1 didnt help me the other one had the door propped open smoking a cigarette...so he didn't miss a big play im left to assume. Sunday 9/14 1:45 pm

Took my step-daughters car in to see if she needed a new battery. Mohammed was outside helping a customer test and install a new battery. I jokingly said that I may need that as well. He told me he would test the battery for me when he was done. It was indeed bad. He installed a new one and made sure I was satisfied. Thank you!

I was there last night and needed a car battery tested. It needed to be replaced and the staff member that assisted me was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was snowing/raining and freezing but he still replaced the battery. I would highly recommend this location. I forgot the gentleman's name but he works in the evening. Young guy.

Tim was awesome. He helped me try to figure out and install my weird sized windshield wipers. My car has 4 of them. Had me laughing the entire time. Great service and great guy. Vicky the manager was so nice too. I will go back for sure.

I had a really bad day trying to change my windshield wiper blades after one of mine broke. The associates in the store were so helpful and welcoming and didn’t make me feel stupid for my attempts at replacing them myself. I am so appreciative and will definitely come back for my auto needs!

I needed a battery for my old PT Cruiser, bought my last one here (Webster) exactly three years ago, so I was very happy with how long it lasted as an economy battery. Tim installed it quickly and easily, and was extremely kind and helpful, as was his co worker who spent time with me talking about cars since I'm in the market for one. He drives a Honda, didn't get his name, but he was also very helpful. A great experience for someone who's a bit intimidated by cars and car issues; that kind of kindness and patience is just the best, huge cheers.

While I was able to get what I needed, a windshield wiper replacement, I was disappointed with the customer service I received this past weekend. I looked up my car make and model so that I knew what I needed, and when I got to the counter, I was asked multiple times if I knew if the blade I picked out was correct. The gentleman that waited on me even proceeded to look up what wiper blade was correct after I had already told him multiple times that I was all set. He then went on to say “oh wow you were right…” after he confirmed it, followed by a passive aggressive “sorry”. Not sure if it’s because I was a woman and ran into the store after a bridal shower looking a bit nicer or what. But I don’t think they ask every man who comes in if he’s “sure” about whether or not his purchase is the correct item.

Real decent guy behind the counter helped me out with an A/C issue I was having. Turns out my gauge was trash and all I needed was more refrigerant, so I'm sending this pressure sensor back to Amazon. A quick chat at the counter saved me $45.

Owner: There are a couple of local corporations whose service standards have been slipping badly for reasons which I think go beyond COVID. Yours haven't. Keep doing whatever you're doing to keep this from happening with your employees. Gotta love a store whose people help change wiper blades when it's 15 degrees outside. Great store!

I received excellent service here. I walked in needing to buy motor oil and the man behind the counter watch me over to the oil aisle and helped me choose the right synthetic oil for my car and the season. I could tell he really cared about me.

The staff are generally helpful. This auto store is convenient to my home. Though I have found they don't always carry the parts I need for some of my vehicles, not even able to order the. So I have multiple parts dealers I work with.

Every time I've gone into the Webster Advance Auto they've helped me out a lot, with some pretty difficult problems. Yesterday Dave spent a lot of time making calls to help me out for what turned out to be a $2 part. After that Chris gave me detailed instructions on how to replace the part. Great job by both guys, I truly appreciate it.
